Very nice place to have your cafe and breakfast

Very cute shop and I wanted to like it very much. Sadly, the coffee was really not impressive, the croissant was on the stale side (first thing in the morning) and while the staff were very polite, one of our drinks wasn’t prepared until we followed up, which is always a bit awkward.

Spent around 30 min on the shop before ordering everything is so beautiful! Ps: not cheap but worth it. Coffee was amazing, food was nice, but I liked the coffee better personally. Tip:Staff could be a bit more organized when serving since they got some things mixed up. Had a nice time in this super cozy place.

Extremely friendly people run the place, delicious pastries and sandwiches plus and EXCELLENT coffee and my favourite Chai in Quebec. The place has style and they can grind your coffee on the spot. The boutique is pretty and full of trinkets and souvenirs. Good quality! I’ve visited this place over 100 times!

Prepare yourself to arrive at the cutest coffee shop in the area. This place is busy with a low key relaxed vibe. People sitting around working on their laptops, enjoying the garden and sipping the best lattes! Highly recommend the maple latte! Staff are very friendly and helpful!

A great location on the island. It has so many things in the store before you even get to the coffee. Great to visit. The coffee was fine, but not great.

What a lovely cafe. Dreary start of day in QC so decided to take a drive out and were we rewarded. The spinach epinard which is spinach filled pastry was sumptuous date tart and the lime pie were fresh and simply hit the palate. But the starter of the coscous salad was fresh and and a great starter. We visit QC often and will definitely come again to this place. A mention to the friendly staff too …. Just added to the ambiance for an American tourist.

Me and my family loves smith cafes! While visiting Quebec city, we’ve been to 4 different locations, had croissants and smoothies literally everyday. The croissants are unbelievably yummy, my son especially loved the soft centre part. My husband liked Nordique berry smoothie. We hope they open branches in Toronto one day.

Definitely the best Maison Smith in Quebec. Lots of outdoor seating in the garden. Little boutique inside was cute.

Excellent coffee, good (and very fresh) croissant, and mediocre sandwich (ham sandwich was far too much mayonnaise and lettuce vs. anything else). Very cute atmosphere with friendly service - definitely enjoy a coffee in their back garden!

Love this little place, the coffee is great, we always stop there when we are on Ile d'Orelan. My daughter loves the hot chocolate. They also roast their own beans (in small batches) so you can bring some home. It's probably the best espresso on the island.

We had a great morning time having coffee and croissants in the well-maintained garden.

I was looking forward to be there for breakfast. Had a plain croissant and chocolate one. Mokaccino was good. Coffee was strong so husband added milk. Ha ha ha. After my wonderful breakfast, there was a store inside. Have some cozy items to make me feel Quebec. Got a bag for my daughter, a scarf for myself and some cool iron casted items for husband. End up, bought a fair trade coffee that my neighbor may like. The croissant was good. I was happy

A nice place on the Island to stop and have coffee and a sweet treat before or after touring the boutique with its interesting wares. They roast coffee in-house and it smells heavenly if you're a coffee lover. The strawberry square was to die for!
