Good place for kids and adults for winter and indoor activities. Sadly lacking in decent Vegan Vegetarian food options. Even the fries were fried in the same oil used for chicken causing cross contamination and food allergies. If vegan or vegetarian please go prepared with some packed food, specially with young kids.

Such a fun experience! We bought the evening tickets and did all the snow tube slides once as well as skated within the time. There were lots of slides to choose from and the lines were not bad at all when I went. The skating path was nice though at some points it was less well maintained. Overall a great experience and definitely recommend for those looking for a winter activity in Quebec.

A great place to spend the day / night with the kids. We stayed in the campground for 2 nights, which was conveniently located close to the water park. The kids had a fantastic time on the variety of water slides. There is something for everyone. From younger kids to adults it is a fun filled destination. The two lax rivers are so well done, the obstacle courses were a big hit also. The facilities are well maintained and clean. There are many choices for food and drinks and locker rentals available. We will return in the future to try out the indoor water park and hotel.

Spent a whole day there, very busy in summer, but line up was bearable, kids had so much fun!

Kids had a blast. Water was warm, even at 930 in the morning. Lots of different activities for the kids to play and swim around. Relatively clean place, benches and umbrellas were all good, not old and ruined like in other places. I highly do NOT recommend the restaurant safari. I understand there is a shortage of staff, but even the manager (or maybe owner) kept making sure the staff was doing okay because the wrong plates were consistently being brought to the wrong twble. The food is good though. Very good. But service is terrible. Be there early. Avoid the masses. And you will really enjoy your day.

This place was absolutely amazing. We had such a good time there. The tubing was fun, it went quick, everything was in order. Overall we loved it. The Ice Hotel was beautiful as well. Going into the bar and getting a drink was 100% worth it. I would definitely go back here again to go tubing. Totally worth it and would have loved to have stayed there if possible.

Really awesome place to spend quality time with friends and family. Endless slope options. Got a bit crowded during spring break and yet, even then, staff managed customers very quickly. Not a fan of physical bracelets and tickets. Would love if they digitize everything.

We came to Quebec City for Christmas, but there was no snow anywhere except Valcartier. Magic place. Indoor water park and a lot of slopes for tubing. Fun, fun, fun.

The Waterpark and snow sliding are so fun, but the amenities are a little slim in the spring season (food, info desk, etc). Bathrooms very clean, though.

My girlfriend and I love the winter playground here, we come almost every year and highly recommend buying their season pass.

Would have been a lot better if it was sunny, I'm sure. But it was pretty shocking that a place that was supposed to be one of the biggest waterparks in the area didn't have a single hot tub! Anyways, the slides that ended in a lazy river were really nice and I wish I could've taken a video (there were tunnels and decorations and it was wonderful). Seems like most of the slides might be targeted towards younger children though.

The location is too good to stay in, the activities are too fun and enjoyable. Would definitely visit again when I visit Quebec City.

Quiet and clean - no waiting lines even though it was a rainy day. Surf spot, death drop, wave pool, hot tub…Lots of fun for kids and adults. Lifeguards and staff were great. Walking upstairs to eat your packed lunch was a bit painful though - you have to walk around the lockers and use different doors to go in an out and all in your wet bathing suit. Overall great price for what you get.

The king room is spacious and clean, very clean bathroom and bath tub, they don't offer cleaning room service, you have to do it yourself no matter how many days you stay, you trade your towels for clean ones. There are no complimentary toiletries, the shampoo and bath gel dispenser is integrated in the tub, bring your own conditioner and shower cap, they do have a hair dryer. The mini fridge is a good size, it's empty on arrival. Single use Kraig coffee machine is available. Good access to jaks at the table to plug in electronics. The cabinets in bedroom have a small closet next to each bed but no hangers, so bring your own if u want to hand things and not just put them in the 4 spacious chest of drawers. 2 tvs, one in living room and one in bedroom, offers Tubi ..etc free apps, smart TV. The spa is fantastic, hot and cold options, steam and dry sauna. Nice super warm indoor outdoor pool. Towels and robe included that u must return upon exiting.

A fantastic place with a lot of fun and entertainment for adults and kids. If you go there with your family, be sure you won’t have a boring day or thinking what to do there. The village is very nice and convenient. You will find everything there, from the food to the store where you can get all the equipment, clothes, shoes, etc. We highly recommend going there to each and every one!

It’s a very nice water park with a lot of green areas. The only problem is that during the summer it tends to be crowded and it’s hard to enjoy the water slides. However, it does not spoil the experience. I recommend buying the season pass in case you live in Quebec and surroundings.

Always a great stay for our family of 6. Snowtubing was amazing with so many runs that we couldn’t do them all in one day. Outdoor skating path was fun. And the ice hotel was spectacular! Highly recommend the family suite with 2 bedrooms (1 king + 2 queens).

An Amazing experience. The sheer effort that goes into creating a masterpiece like this. Ice Hotel uses 500 tons of ice and 30,000 tons of snow and takes 6 weeks to build

Always a fun day here! We went on a Friday this January - fast lines, not crowded, clean, enough COVID protocols to make and feel you safe! Restaurants and arcades are closed. Ice skating is open. Employees, as usual, are super nice! Will be back again!

If you want to go off the sample and scape from city this is a good place to spend day. I did a lot of tubing. My daughter loved it. Only I think, some tubing pools need to keep better maintained because in one of them when I jumped off my landing was not the best experience I got my right side of my back scratched. Quebec city will be always Bee one of my best places to visit

Awesome place, fun and relaxing at the same time. It has a good number of slides and activities for young and old. Awesome vacationing spot to spend the whole day with your family. It also has a really nice spa, but you will want to do that after the thrilling slides-- some of them truly extreme. Worth the entrance.

This is my "must-go" holiday season place at least twice a year. Both the outdoor and indoor places are fun. They each have their particularities, for example the wave pool in the outdoor park is much better, but the indoor site has a surf/body board attraction. I just wish they would have more electric car charging stations.

We stayed onsite at the hotel. We did the snow tubing park, which was fantastic. So many awesome runs. We loved staying onsite so that we could go inside for lunch and take a break, then back out for more tubing.

Clean hotel. We were here right between the two seasons (in mid September) so all restaurants but one were closed. We were thrilled about the arcade, but half of them are out of service. The king bed was very comfortable and the Murphy bed was surprisingly just as comfy. Our 3yo slept like royalty. Main benefit is being close to the water park and the drive to and from Quebec City is simple and relatively fast (20 mins).
