I asked a female worker where the washrooms are… she pointed to something that looked like a women’s washroom. When I asked again she said the washrooms were mixed. I was shocked. I asked her if she used it, she said never. I went to buy protein, and asked the employee if there was a men’s washroom. He said only mixed. I asked him where does he go to use the washroom, he said he does not use the washroom there. I called management. The gentleman was rude, short and dismissive. He said “I have no interest in discussing gender or sexuality” in the context of washroom usage. He said they were “a private enterprise” and that it was the reality of the world now. It was my first visit and my only one. I will not be purchasing anything there again. Is it so hard? One washroom for men, women and another for family/handicap/other? Woke business, will not support.

A great local restaurant that is worth trying out in the Pyramide is Gaijin Ramen. There's Ogari-San that is also delicious! Recently, a new boutique also opened. It could be of interest for Asian cultures lovers, as it sells snacks from Asia, amongst others.

Metro is great. Lot's of food options at reasonable prices.

Very nice place near Laval University. This is small shoping mall where you will get almost everything you need. For groceries, there is Metro, Dollarama, and also there are many restaurants in it.

Look more like a restaurant aile than an actual shopping center

This place have a lot of restaurants and stores. I come here for groceries in metro, eat in shakers and thai zone. There are also ramen place, sushi, starbucks, and asian snack store that I want to go to. And this place can be reached with a lot of bus. Nice place!

If you stay here for a while your clothes will get the smells of food, so strongly, and during winter it is cold inside

Went to metro supermarket, very small but fonctionnal easy to find things, lots of prepared food, it show that the store is right beside of university of Quebec.

Great variety of dining options. Was a bit like a mall food court without the mall.

I just got inside the Dolllarama so I can't tell much about the entire place but the Dollarama had a huge variety of items at a very decent price. I also found what I was looking for.

The mall is good with lots of restaurants inside and the building itself looks unique. The only thing is they have gender neutral washrooms. The separate washroom in the basement was closed even though the mall is still open when we visited.

I always liked the pyramide and with the upgrade they did lately it's revitalized. A lot of students and it's smelling party from Wednesday to Saturday.

Everyone goes there for a reason,the restaurants are great and its not cramped

Great shopping mall that is shaped like a pyramid. The pyramid has 5 floors. There are a bunch of restaurants in the pyramid. I put 4 stars because the parking lot is not well organized.

Lots of memories here from when I was in Cégep. Was there recently and it's definitely changed. I miss the clap theatre but the food options are great.

Great location for a coffee shop and a bunch of restaurants. Food court and grocery store near the University.

I was waiting for someone to show up and receive my order at Chocolate favorite store. But the place seemed unattended. Even the cashier were left wide open with all the money easily reachable!!! There were no security who could help us with the situation.

This mall has improved a lot over the years. Has many new and amazing business inside worth to visit, try and know.

Great place to be, especially for food ; good variety of restaurants. Most of visitors are students from Laval University. Parking was free and easy to find a spot.

Staff are very knowledgeable and the experience in store is amazing! Highly recommend this store. Already looking forward to my next visit

Nice restaurant but not the fanciest Sushi although for the price it was perfect. I have to admit I really like the order concept with the little light on the table.

Stopped by before went back to my place around 8 PM many store in this mall almost close. Lots of student still hanging out. I guess in the local area doesn't have too many tourist or visitors, lol. They look at us like we come from another planet. So what is the reason why I stopped here? The answer was one of my friends wanted to have coffee then another one wanted to check out if any restaurant in this mall still selling food and we can buy food back to out place.

Many different shops inside, but the structure from far is quite nice.
