Definitely not a 4+ star restaurant for their food. We had already parked and were turned away from busy restaurants so we ended up at Kimono which had good reviews. Unfortunately, the moment I set foot we already knew this is essentially a PF Chang's in Quebec city, and nothing would be authentic. Sushi is very thickly rolled and we also ordered the fried noodles with chicken. The noodles were deep fried and drenched in "Asian" sauces. Easily the most disappointing meal in Quebec city. Only come if you're not looking for authentic cuisine.

This place is very underrated in my opinion. It is not an all you can eat sushi place but you need to realise that they serve quality food and service. The sizing of sushi orders are larger than your regular sushi joint but they taste million times fresh and just the blend of ingridients is super. Also staff are super friendly and ALEX was a delight to be served in our date night out. They do every dish right so give them a visit it worth the price

Absolutely spectacular restaurant!!! The place was crowded, & they squeezed us into the sushi bar. Lucky us! Best sushi ever. There were 5 sushi chefs grinding non stop the hour plus we were there. Great chic ambiance, & very friendly service as well. The sushi platter for 2 was outstanding, & could have fed 3. Interesting lighting.

Simply wow... Prereservation recommended, incredibly good food, attentive and friendly staff This sushi is just magical! We were here with for people, took two starters and two mixed plates for two. Butterfish, tuna, salmon, tuna tartar, gambas, and so on... Everything was so meticulously assembled and decorated that we were very impressed! Tap water is served free of charge from the beginning and they do have a choice of wine and cocktails to accompany the sushi. This restaurant is not a place for passersby because it isn't located in busy downtown. This means you most probably need a car - and a parking lot to get here. This might be a challenge, so may the price - but it's definitely worth it!

Good sushi, quality ingredients including ginger and wasabi. Female dominated restaurant. Enjoyed our drinks and sushi. Mojito really good! Thank you

I love the ambiance and the menu system. It made it easy for my wife with shrimp allergies to get this fear out of the way. The service was great and the prices reasonable. We were not expecting authentic Asian cuisine so we were not disappointed.

Honestly, super impressed by this place by both the food and service. It was our first time going for sushi in Quebec City (there aren’t many good Asian places here) but this one was such a pleasant surprise! I have to say, this place served the best spicy salmon roll I’ve had in YEARS. Would absolutely recommend it. We didn’t venture too too much into their special/unique options but everything we did get was super good!! I have to say that the food came a tad slow but nothing outrageous (~30 mins). Our server/bartender was super sweet and overall the place had great vibes too

A very underrated spot but known to aficionados. The food is good, fresh and lots of choices. Seatings is possible but limited. Although food can be ordered in advance, walk-ins are welcomed and a 10-20 minutes wait is too be expected depending on your order. Eating in, food is well presented and looks appetizing. Take-out is plain take out. Becareful to not shake too much your take out box, might be surprised of the result when comes to eat. Parking is difficult and sometimes a mess since it’s a residential area with no designated parking area. The staff is nice, knowledgeable and skilled. A pleasure spot for good sushi.

First of all super fun atmosphere. Well decorated and the staff were so friendly! The miso soup was the BEST I’ve ever had. Seriously. My husbands calamari was also great. The only thing that throws me off is the sushi itself. The rolls were so so so big and the flavors were okay. I was expecting better due to the high ratings. But the prices were good 🤷🏼‍♀️

Definitively one of the best sushi place in Quebec City. Parking can be tricky. The table are very close to one another but the atmosphere is great and nice decoration. Lobster sushi are out of this world. Next time I'll take out.

It's super fresh, the service is good and overall had a great time. The tuna surprise maki is really a great discovery and I will definitely taste it again. There are seats near the sushi cooks and it's really nice to be able to see them work their magic (plus give some tips/ideas for novices like myself)

Stopped here to take a break and have a quick bite to eat in QC city on a long road trip from PEI to MTL. The restaurant wasn't open at the time, but the pick up section was. We ordered and ate there. Very delicious sushi. Very friendly and polite staff. I had my baby with me and needed to change her before going back on the road and the staff let me use the toilet in the closed restaurant. Super grateful for that!!!

Fresh and delicious sushi, nice staff, great place, not so good fried ice cream.

The minute I walked in at 8:45PM, the manager informs me that the kitchen is closing though their hours close at 10. And he suggested I order fast... that was a turn off. Next, the server recommends a combo dish, which turned out to be awful. And way overpriced. I was not impressed at all!!!

👍 We were there for lunch and there was no lineup. We ordered the croissant sandwiches and coffee, both are freshly made. Highly recommend. Staff are very helpful to suggest food from the menu.
