Good gym !!specialy if you like fitness group activities , you can go to all the other energie cardio and if you travel they credit your weeks or months that you were away. For me its one of the best but If you are only considering using the gym you can get econofitness for half the price on a year membership.

Gym network, well equipped and with reasonable open hours. Usually not full, so it's easy to keep your training routine (available equipments) .

The group classes equipments are very basic ! The instructors sometime don't show up without any warning !

nothing to complain about, except the network's opening hours, not 24h and on weekends only open until 5pm

I have been training in the Énergie Cardio network for over 10 years. I like the facilities and particularly the employees who work there at reception, always smiling, the coaches, group course teachers are all people who are passionate about their work and motivating. I highly recommend you.
