You can buy a pool and replace it every two years….Because it was too cold in winter…..Not covered by warranty. J’ai rarement vu un service aussi médiocre. Quand on paye pour un service/bien et qu’on se fait dire une date, on s’attend à ce que le service soit rendu dans les délais ou du moins qu’un appel soit placé pour aviser. Une compensation jugée raisonnable devrait être offerte c’est la moindre des choses. Endroit à éviter

    The service could improve simply by having an appropriate online buying experience. You should be able to choose a store, see the inventory, place and order, receive confirmation that pick-up is ready. If this was possible, the in-store service would be a lot better. Go during the week days if you want service.

The following week, the pump was electrically faulty, most of the hoses were leaking, the thermometer in the pool sweeper kit was broken and the part we attach to the skimmer was missing ( something we discovered this year). The pump was exchanged and a member of the company came to recheck the pipes, mentioning himself that the range of product he had received that year was not 100% compatible with their usual product. Everything seemed to conform to his departure. Winter has arrived. I closed the pool, taking care to store all the pipes in the shed. We are in May 2021. I opened the pool on May 1st. During installation, the pressure gauge was set at 30 without even having installed it. Also, the pipe from the pump to the filter is leaking. I tried to tighten it as much as possible but in vain. So I called the same day. I spoke with a lady who took my message and told me that I would be called back before 5pm. No news. I got a call this morning at 9:15 am. I spoke with a technician. Il n'avait CLAIREMENT pas envi de me donner de solution, ou de suggestions afin de m'aider. Il ne m'a posé aucunes questions. Vous connaissez le service? La serviabilité? Le troubleshooting? Je lui ai dit que ça ne fait pas de sens que j'aille à payer pour des tuyaux neufs pour une piscine dont je ne me suis jamais servi. Il est resté entêté avec un ton très très neutre à me dire qu'il POUVAIT venir, mais que ça pourrait couter des frais. J'ai donc demandé de parler au patron. Il m'a répondu que je peux "ben" lui parler mais il n'est pas là aujourd'hui. J'ai écris à la compagnie et attend un retour.

    J'ai fait installer une thermopompe il y a deux semaine et j'ai constaté avant qu'ils partent que mon retour d'eau coulait (ne coulait pas avant). Je suis allé voir le gars dans le camion et lui ai mentionné ce que j'avais vu. Il m'a répondu que ce n'était pas son problème car il n'avait pas changé cette pièce déjà là. Par contre, il avait coupé ce tuyau pour le connecter au sien à moins de deux pieds. Il n'a pas pris la peine de venir au moins voir avec moi... J'ai envoyé un message dans leur site pour réclamer. J'ai un retour d'appel pour me dire que quelqu'un viendrait. Il n'y a jamais personne qui est venue. Je suis déçu et je ne crois plus faire affaire avec cet entreprise...

    We had the pool delivered last Friday, they told us that they were coming to do the installation this week....that's 3 messages that I left with no return call from them....finally I I got a return call telling me that in the next 2 days I will have a return call for an installation next week... 2 days later having still not received a response I called back to be told that the installation people are not available until Monday... I have to rectify the situation after a few telephone calls the installation was done on Wednesday this week and I am really very satisfied with the professionalism of the installers. thank you very much

Avoid if you plan to buy a pool robot from them. At the end of 2022 I came to shop for a robot at the Jules-Verne swimming pool club. A salesman recommends the robot best suited to fiberglass pools. Spring 2023, I'm coming back to buy the famous robot. At the request of my partner, I re-validated the effectiveness of it with a saleswoman. To my great surprise, the lady told me no and directed me towards their most expensive model...I love it... In short, I stick with my first choice. First use: The robot works properly and I am quite happy with my purchase. I throw away the packaging. Second use: the robot gets stuck in corners but gets the job done. Third use: the robot completely blocks in the corners. July 2023: I return to the pool club requesting a refund. The seller tells me that they cannot take it back if the original box is missing. I bought the robot for $430 before tax, it works poorly but they refuse to reimburse me because I no longer have the packaging box... I have happened to return purchases to Costco, Amazon and others without ever needing the original packaging....but not at Club Piscine. I strongly advise against it. I will add that the store staff is not particularly welcoming either.

    Disappointed that after buying a 9k aboveground pool, no one gave a crash course of what to do and what not to do. Been having different problems and I had to spend countless hours trying to find the solution online or by calling multiple stores. It's been a frustrating experience so far.

Investindustrial also owns Sundance Spas, Dimension One Spas and Thermospas all of which are assembled in the same manufacturing plant in Mexico. Jacuzzi brand hot tubs are now assembled with LX Chinese pumps made in China by Guangdong LX Pump Company. Per online written Jacuzzi manufacturer's warranty, the wood frame and jets are warranted for only 2 years from the original date of purchase, not 5 years as only verbally promised by most Jacuzzi retailers: Warranty is only as good as what's written in warranty documentation from the manufacturer. Again, don't be fooled, Jacuzzi is now just a trademarked name owned by another company (Investindustrial) who assembles hot tubs in Mexico with the Jacuzzi logo, 2 year warranty and uses Chinese pumps.

I would like to point out that my pool motor was still under warranty, but in the absence of service from Club Piscine, I had no choice but to resort to third parties for the necessary repairs. In addition, I was informed by Club Piscine that the holes in my canvas were caused by freezing ice last winter, which was refuted by an independent professional. My neighbor, whose pool was also built by another company, has never experienced similar problems. When I checked it myself, I discovered that the canvas I had paid for 30mm was actually only 27mm on the sides. I therefore ask Club Piscine to contact me immediately to discuss the possibility of a full refund of the costs I incurred with the independent professionals.
