😠 1. Poor management. We drove from Ottawa and arrived on time at 10am, but no one is here at reception. Just a note on the window: Venez nous voire dans le parc :) What is this? Not even a phone number? So we waited 20mins and finally we called the central office, then the lady told me: nobody is her... People often mention time, nice,

    1. Poor management. We drove from Ottawa and arrived on time at 10am, but no one is here at reception. Just a note on the window: Venez nous voire dans le parc :) What is this? Not even a phone number? So we waited 20mins and finally we called the central office, then the lady told me: nobody is here? That’s weird! 2. Lack of respect. Bad attitude, the representative was very pushy and impatient. I understand it’s quebec and English is not the first class thing, but even my friend who speaks French picks up the phone, she was still not respectful. She also said today she is not working and how bad she felt… seriously? 3. Won’t come back again and won’t recommend any friends to waste time here. I was so angry so no photos were taken. Thanks.

While visiting the in-laws they took us to visit this very nice zip-line park. I didn’t partake in the zip lining but we did take a nice walk along the paths. There were many fun vantage points to take in the nice scenery of the creek and also watch the zany zip liners traverse along those wires! Very cool and fun indeed! Nice area. I may even zip-line myself next time! 🤣

Fun, thrilling, challenging, safe, family friendly. a great experience for the price, and only 15 mins away from Quebec city center. If you're looking to get your kids away from their phones and doing something physical in the woods for an afternoon, this is the place.

Enjoyable, and very reasonably priced family fun. Climbing stations through the trees were a great activity, but the best part were the various zip lines near the end of the course, especially the ones traversing the river! Highly recomended for a fun packed couple of hours.

Very nice spot, the zipline over the river is just amazing a nice view and a nice breeze. You'll use muscle you didn't know you had

Brought two boys ages 6 and 7, both were terrified and thrilled all at the same time.the staff is exceptional, they we were professional, prompt, and nice with the kids. Parents wear closed shoes and remember to bring water.

This review covers the Adult (i.e. 12+ years old) circuit. Good organisation, very friendly staff, safe environment. Rather basic/classic challenges. All people from the same group starts are the same time on the same end of the circuit so there is a LOT of wasted time waiting in line for the people of your group to start... otherwise, it would have been a five start.

Worst experience ever. To start, the person giving the equipment was short staffed and with the amount of people there she could have used help. She was under stress and didnt feel like she wanted to be there. Been doin that kind of stuff a while but its the first time that you can break when you go too fast. Got injured, no help was given. I got the feeling that they didn t even give a f***. No help to get back to my car. Had to walk alone in the woods and the way back was confusing and I almost got lost. They wont give you protection gloves, you have to pay extra for that. My girlfriend got.an anxiaty attack at some point because ahe didn t feel safe ( its not the first time doing that kind of activity) and again not a f*** was given by the staff . In short, I would not recommend this place at all. You dont feel safe.

A bit boring but good for kids 6-9 yrs. They could use some benches for parents while they wait. Not a family activity!!! Kids and parents can't do the same circuit so parents stand around and take pictures.
