Worst
customer
service
I
have
ever
experienced
in
Quebec.
My
family
and
I
are
travelling
from
Ontario.
We
had
a
very
negative
experience
at
this
location
and
advise
customers
who
don’t
speak
French
to
avoid
going
there
unless
your
are
okay
with
receiving
abrupt
negative
service.
My
3
children
were
so
excited
to
see
all
the
different
selections
of
donuts
and
of
course
had
some
questions
about
the
flavours.
We
don’t
speak
French
and
the
employee
who
attended
us
on
August
11,
2022
was
frustrated
by
my
children
for
asking
questions
about
the
different
flavours
while
picking
5
dozens
of
donuts
for
friends
in
Toronto.
The
store
was
empty,
we
didn’t
joke
up
a
line
…
not
sure
what
the
issue
was
but
the
treatment
was
unwarranted.
It’s
a
specialty
donut
shop,
patrons
will
have
some
questions
about
the
different
flavours
or
inquires
about
ingredients
if
they
have
allergies.
We
spent
over
$
100.00
on
donuts.
We
didn’t
even
bother
to
dine
in
because
we
were
treated
so
rudely.
After
purchasing
5
dozens
of
donuts,
I
asked
the
young
lady
(
who
I
will
keep
her
name
unknown
as
a
courtesy)
she
knows
who
she
is
because
she
was
the
only
one
there
working
at
the
front
today.
I
asked
her
why
are
you
upset
with
us,
she
stated,
“I’m
not
upset
and
I
don’t
speak
English.”
Her
attitude
worsen
when
I
called
her
out
on
her
attitude
with
us.
She
refused
to
reply
back
in
English
and
only
spoke
in
French
even
though
she
illustrated
to
me
she
could
speak
English.
When
it
was
time
to
pay,
she
shoved
the
Interac
devise
towards
in
an
aggressive
manner
rather
then
passing
it
over.
There
was
no
“thank
you,
or
welcome
back”
If
my
children
weren’t
so
excited
about
trying
the
donuts
I
would
have
walked
out
and
refused
to
purchase
anything
at
this
establishment
.
The
donuts
were
not
worth
the
disrespect
or
negative
treatment.
I
would
highly
advise
to
google
search
other
specialty
donuts
shops
to
enjoy
your
experience
with
the
family.
Huge
disappointment!
