Appelé au magasin pour fuite d'eau dans le distributeur d'eau. Après explication, la personne (femme) qui me répond me donne les explications qui s'imposaient. Le lendemain, je me suis rendu à leur magasin et fait l'achat de pièce. Excellent service et courtoisie no:1.

Je suis allé en magasin avec ma machine à café qui était défectueuse. Le technicien a fait la réparation en 15 minutes et j'ai pu repartir avec ma machine qui fonctionne maintenant très bien. J'ai découvert un très beau magasin et surtout des gens accueillants, sympathiques et très compétents. Avant de quitter, on m'a également présenté différents produits qui pourront remplacer ma machine lorsqu'elle rendra l'âme. Bref, J'ai vécu une très belle expérience client! Je retournerai chez L'Heureux, c'est certain! Merci et bravo pour votre service exemplaire!

Meilleur service, personnel souriant, la réparation s’est fait en 10 minutes sur place je suis reparti avec ma machine, le café acheté suite aux précieux conseils est exactement dans mes goûts! Je recommande vivement!!!

This was an amazing coffee experience… Staff was exceptionally helpful, kind and informative. The atmosphere of the shop was unreal as well. Only thing better than the staff and vibe was the actual coffee, simply amazing.
