They may charge you for shipping even though they told you it’s free (asking for cash at the door of the building).

😠 Note: this is a review of EQ3 product not this store specifically. 3 bed slats broke over a little over a year, from sitting on the bed (normal weight) and customer service responded the weight has to be distributed evenly, meaning this bed can only be lied on? IKEA slats performed much better.
