    I bought a washer dryer and a hot air outlet pipe was missing while my installer was installing them and they came to bring me a pipe within the next few minutes! never seen such good service, well done and thank you!

    Worst after sales service, I called and an extremely stupid and impatient lady answered. I bought a $1500 couch with an extended warranty 4 years ago. The entire mechanism inside the couch no longer works and as you might expect, the extended warranty magically does not cover this part. I was told that there was nothing they could do for me and that I should simply contact the OPC. No help or empathy from the lady, zero service. I absolutely do not recommend.

Après discussion et après avoir compris que ma laveuse actuelle est qualifiée d’usagée, je comprends la situation, on m’enlève 25% de mon prix d’achat, je choisis une nouvelle laveuse et de plus je ne paierai pas le transport 2 fois. Un vieux sage a dit : c’est en se parlant qu’on se comprend. Un client peut être en colère, c ´est humain. Mais il faut se calmer, laisser tomber la poussière, dialoguer calmement et poliment. I still bought a dishwasher for my parents, paid a DERISORY price for delivery + installation, I even accepted the home warranty... But surprise! they don't deliver on the expected date!!     Very poor after-sales service! Purchase of 2 electric wheelchairs on August 26, 2023 with promise of lithium batteries no later than September 26. Several calls, new promises supposedly delivery by Purolator ultimately not respected.     Je viens de faire un très très gros achat et aujourd'hui je suis allé au magasin de beauport pour leur expliquer et montrer que ma tête de lit est brisé,la superviseur m'a offert 100$ de remboursement ou je doit attendre 2 mois pour le changer. J'étais Vraiment très déçu ,j'attendais pas à cette réponse de leur part.en plus j'ai référer mes frères, mes parents et 1 de mes amis et aussi ils ont acheté pour plus de 50k. Encore Vraiment déçu
