What an excellent store! They even carry Halo Top ice cream!

They changed for a Maxi. Can't tell if prices are down overall. Seems to be practically the same as before for the same products. The inventory looks also to be about the same, so that leaves the question, why the change it seems to be a replica price wise and product wise.

Best large groceries in Quebec city. Edited:. Today at 6h17pm on a Wednesday and had to wait a fair bit to get someone at the desert area. It's super nice and there should be someone there or quickly there at all time. This is the first thing you see when you get in the store

Newly converted from a Provigo, so it's one of the nicest Maxi stores I've been to.

3/5 for the look of the store and the quality of the products (bananas were quite ripe and meat not so great, but the rest was good) but 0/5 for customer service as I was very angrily dismissed by a quite large female worker when I asked her where to put my reusable bags on the self checkout lanes, since all the space is occupied by plastic bag dispensers. She arrogantly told me that I had to put them on "the obvious place with the plastic bags", but it was physically impossible to balance 3 reusable bags there so I resorted to use plastic ones. Thanks Mr. Provigo for helping me to be eco responsible. Will most definitely not go back there.

OK store with lots of fresh produce, fruit and veggies, meats, seafoods and in-store bakery. Adequate parking. No self check-out. This store carries Joe Fresh clothing.

Nice provigo, probably the nicest in quebec. Prices are fair and the home brand is good.

This is the best supermarket you will find in Limoilou area. It is a little over priced, but its organization, size and cleanliness are worth the money.

I'm getting more and more dissapointed with the store. It must have started about a year ago. Since then, a lot of the articles which make me travel for nearly 30 minutes to get there, have disappeared. I consider the store is going down.

Decent selection of products. Some produce abnormally expensive. Pretty good pharmacy located inside, very good food counter.
