Great smokehouse! Had the sharing platter between 3 people and could not finish. Smoked ribs and brisket awesome and packed with flavour. Added a poutine on the side…..serving on the smaller side. Very attentive waitress that came around with water a half dozen times and checked on us consistently. Great experience highly recommend!

Waited for an hour and a half after ordering. Had to remind them we were still there and magically the food appeared 20 minutes later. By that time 2 groups came, ate and left. When paying the server stared us down while calculating her tip. As if we were taking too long. Had to over tip to stop the stare down After leaving we realized that they forgot all my sides by comparing what other people had posted.

First dinner in Quebec city and no doubt my best!! Well seasoned and cooked to perfection, the chicken and rib combo tantalized my tastebuds beyond belief. One of the proprietors was our gracious server, prompt, efficient with a phenomenal attitude towards life! I felt extremely comfortable and at ease despite my lack of speaking French.

Visited in Sept, dinner on the patio, the scallops and bacon is by far the best, it is a definite must have. Had a combo dish of ribs and chicken that we shared. Food was good, bit loud sitting on the patio as it was very busy but overall very good. Definitely go here again if we visit Quebec again.

OMG! We had the bbq plate for two and it was fantastic! Everything on the plate was delicious. Great cocktails as well. I would recommend this place if you are a meat lover.

Great place for BBQ, drinks are awesome and ambience super cozy. Will come back.

We went to this restaurant the last day we were in QC for vacation. Being from the states we are not new to BBQ and wasn’t counting on this to meet our expectations at all… We were wrong. This place couldn’t have ended our vacation any better!! There was an event going on, so we sat outside and got live music with our meal. Food was delicious and staff were so attentive and friendly!

We’ve had a lot of American BBQ and this was hands down the best we have had. We ordered everything separately off the menu instead of a platter. The chicken wings had honey drizzled on them which made them so delicious. Maybe the best chicken wings I’ve had… The brisket was tender and juicy and the ribs were fall of the bone. I usually judge my bbq experience on the Mac and cheese and unfortunately Faite a l’os needs to step up their Mac and cheese game but everything else was to die for. Check them out!

It’s our first time in Quebec City and we randomly picked this restaurant. And we picked the right one! The food was amazing! The staff were friendly and generally just great people especially Kat, she’s awesome. Definitely coming back here on our next visit!

We enjoyed the meal and atmosphere! The shrimp starter was great, and then we had the chicken and ribs, with Maple syrup pie for desert. It was all good food. The service is at a relaxed pace, so may not be for those used to being rushed in and out of their tables. However they took great. Are of us and this was great for enjoying a nice meal with my family. Definitely try this place out!!!

Food and service were top notch. Had the brisket and ribs and both were tender, smoky and delicious. There’s clearly a lot of care put into the food. We enjoyed everything about our experience here, we will be back the next time we’re in town.

It was soooo good! I ordered ribs and it was some of the best I’ve ever had!! The staff was nice and the food came pretty fast compared to other restaurants, even if it was kinda busy. 10/10 recommend(⌒▽⌒)

These guys they really know what they are doing! Amazing brisket, and the sauce was spot on! We also had the venison carpaccio, Po' Boy burger and the burrito - all very good! ...and at the end we had a glazed brownie for dessert and it was just wonderful - one of the best desserts we ever had!

Good food, but extremely overpriced for what thet give. I had the meat combo (shared platter for 2) which had a little bit of every meat: -2 ribs, delicious and fall-off-the-bone -2 thin slices of brisket, which I found pretty dry. Thankfully it came with a sweet BBQ sauce. -1 sausage, which was the best thing on the platter! I don't fancy sausages much because of the lack of taste, but this one was super juicy and salty. -1/4 BBQ chicken with sauce -2 thick cut bacon slices (fat to meat ratio is about 75% fat) -small cup of baked beans -2 small pieces of cornbread -pickled onions and pickles (usually comes with coleslaw as well but I didn't order any) Small yet quaint ambiance with fun and charming waiters.

BBQ platter is awesome!! Every meat in the plate is good. When you have great food in your month, you just couldn't stop even you are full.

Just returned from our dinner. My husband and I both had the Billy Patterson chicken and it was the best we’ve ever had (as were the sides). Now we are trying to figure out the seasoning/sauce so we can try to make something even half as good at home. Staff was lovely and it was a great way to end our summer vacation! You must go to this restaurant :)

So good! Service was fantastic, and the food was delicious. Chicken was very tender, and the brisket was smokey and atypically wasreally lean. If you can grab a spot on their small patio on a nice day you'll love it.

This was F@&king delicious. If you liked smoke BBQ this is the place to go. When you’re in Quebec City this place is a must. I can’t say enough about the food. I had a the brisket. It was melt in your mouth. Coleslaw is off the hook. Sorry about the photo of an empty plate but we ate everything. PS. Leave room for dessert. Bourbon sugar is like nothing that I’ve ever tasted before. Still salivating.

My wife and I decided to give this restaurant a try and boy, were we glad we did! The smoked beef brisket here is so tender and moist - had it in their "Texan Cheese Burger" which features their in house smoked brisket on a brioche bun. If you're feeling adventurous, try their fried chicken maple syrup waffle sandwich - my wife had to eat it open faced as it's so big. Highly recommend ending with their caramel brownies a la mode - a gooey chocolate indulgence. Add to that the manager and staff are so warm and friendly - felt like a guest at their house than being at a restaurant. We'll definitely return here next time we're in Quebec City!

Vegetarians have to try the Vegetarian Sloppy Joe. One of the best burgers I’ve had in my life. A thin patty of smoky cheese, breaded & fried, with smoky lentil slippy joe on top & red pepper jam, plus pickles, lettuce, & honey mustard. Amazing. My omnivorous friend had the fried chicken & brisket, which was so well made that it literally fell apart.

I've had BBQ in many places in the US and I cook my own BBQ too. The ribs and brisket were as good as I've had anywhere. Great service, relaxed environment. We came early, so no wait. Highly reccomended.
