I didn’t have very high expectations when first entering, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised! Batifol has really good breakfast with very affordable prices. Personally, I recommend getting their waffles; they were the best I’ve ever tried.

Great food and great service. What more can you ask for.

Terrible service & food. We ordered 2 main courses, 1 appetizer, 1 dessert and 2 drinks. We made a reservation for 6 pm, by 8 pm we got only the appetizer. We went to the waiter to cancel the order bc we had to leave, he said : the food is ready in the kitchen, I'll bring it now. Why do you complain? You got some food already. No apologise. We agreed to eat the main courses, the burger was disgusting, soggy fries made in old oil, bad arancini (felt like they were frozen, no taste), pasta tasted like what I would imagine a gas station would make. I would give 0 stars if I could.

1 Virgin Lemonlime = Cup of ice + orange juice + 1 piece of orange.

Food : Ridiculous Service: I would say it was even lower then "Bad" , they had only 2 waitresses out of which 1 was super rude to ask for anything. I guess rude staff was the reason of no people in there. Atmosphere: OKAY... All over Experience : 1 star STAY AWAY and have a subway from the other side instead.

Out first time ever in this restaurant and we were SO impressed!! …The meal was fantastic. The best Eggs Benedict we ever had ..The Salmon Tartare was unbelievable .. The presentation, taste and atmosphere made for a wonderful experience. We will be back! Compliments to the Chef….

Awesome hotel..fantastic restaurant...only 10 minutes from old Quebec and just a pleasure to stay here..

We came to Québec city at the Ambassadeurs hotel. After a difficult encounter with 1 staff on the first night, the manager took care of the situation and welcomed us back. We are happy we did because the food was great. Great variety and kid friendly menus at a great price. Would recommend!

Portions were good, the taste of pancakes with maple sauce delicious. But there was a "poils" on my plate (not a hair from head!!!) and out of courtesy I only got a miserable $2 off my plate... not very focused on taking care of their clients after service.

We had a really good meal. The place looks great, the music was nice, the service was good. We enjoyed every part of our meals, we would go again.

Had the simplest breakfast out of a table of 4 and was served few minutes after my friend. Unfortunately eggs were cold. Also would prefer fresh fruit over fruit salad. 13$ for 2 eggs sausage and bacon is too expensive considered the whole experience.

My son has a severe egg allergy, and unfortunately his experience was terrible: they served him a plate that included his allergen in two of the three items, despite his asking they confirm his meal did not include eggs before ordering it. They did serve him a second plate, that he seemed to enjoy very much. I write this review in the hope that the owner takes the initiative to have his employees go through allergen sensitivity training. If you have food allergies you might want to keep away unless you get stronger assurances they take this seriously.

Nice place, but the staff is slow and clumsy, we waited a long time to place the order, because the waitress was chatting or serving people that arrived after us. We almost left to go to another place. The breakfast as good, but they could serve more fruits, there was small slices of melon, pineapple and orange (one of each). Interesting options for children.

Had breakfast pick up this morning and food was amazing. The eggs Florentine were delicious and my daughter had pancakes ! Smoothie was also really good. Thanks ! Hope to one day be able to sit down at the restaurant! Will have dinner for sure at our next stay!

Had some breakfast and some lunch items - good variety, solid foods! It took our waitress 2 extra reminders to order one of our food items, but other than that she was very nice! The “fresh” juice ($5 per glass) is fresh from the bottle/box, but not freshly squeezed:/
