Don’t stay here anytime soon. Very loud construction happening next door starting at 7am. Response to owners response: it’s partially the construction. When I emailed about the issue the person who responded told me that they usually inform guests in a situation like that however I never received any notice of this. For a company with lofts all over the city it would have been very easy to come up with another situation and avoid this. In subsequent emails staff were dismissive of my concerns. So customer service was lacking. In addition to this the pictures on booking.com didn’t match the room. One of the “twin beds” was a drawer. So quite a few issues. Hope you can take the criticism and actually do better in the future rather than deflecting.

Excellent location on the major shopping street in Old Quebec city. All the sights are within walking distance. 3 minute walk to the parking garage. Loft itself is very spacious and well maintained. Comes with only 1 queen sized bed though, so other guests will have to sleep on the couch. Also good bakery/cafe across the street although a little expensive.

Beautiful space with a lot of potential, but the experience was soured by (1) the construction of a building just feet from the back windows and (2) the failure of management to notify us of it. Management sent an email (after the cancellation deadline had passed) notifying us of roadwork in the city. Roadwork is happening all over the city, so that’s seemingly unavoidable and well enough. But they failed to notify us that an entirely new building is being constructed directly behind the location, with jackhammers and power drills running full strength starting at 7am sharp. Our view at the breakfast table was of construction workers to whom we could’ve passed a cup of coffee. I’ve traveled extensively, and when major works interrupt enjoyment of a property, it’s just common courtesy to advise guests so they can make alternative arrangements or at least offer a discount to reflect the decline in value of the experience. When we emailed the management, they were dismissive and said nothing could be done. We won’t be staying with the Les Lofts group again.

The apartment was beautiful and the location couldn't be beat EXCEPT for this major problem: the bath/shower was a torture chamber. The shower door is fixed in place in such a way that the only way to turn the faucet and shower on or off is while you are actually standing in the tub. That might not be so bad if it wasn't impossible to figure out how to operate the controls--sometimes the water came out of the faucet and sometimes it rained down on you from the shower head. And forget about regulating hot and cold. I emailed the management requesting instructions but received no response. If it hadn't been for this issue I would highly recommend the place. We did not find the construction noise next door to be excessive. I would caution anyone bringing a car to Quebec to figure out parking before you arrive. Les Lofts requires you to pre-book parking, which was not clear to me from their website when I made our reservation. But there is overnight public parking available in a large underground lot a couple blocks away.

Couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Beautiful and very well maintained. For the price I felt as if I had stolen the place. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Fully furnished with everything one would need for an over night or extended stay vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Les Lofts 1048 in Quebec City. This hidden gem captured our hearts with its brick interior walls and large windows, giving it a unique and inviting atmosphere. It truly felt like a getaway from the everyday. The loft's attention to detail, comfortable furnishings, and well-equipped kitchen made us feel right at home. The central location allowed us to easily explore the city's attractions on foot. The team at Les Lofts 1048 provided excellent communication and service, ensuring a memorable experience. We highly recommend Les Lofts 1048 to anyone seeking a charming and unforgettable stay in Quebec City.

Beautiful large apartments in a great location. Just step out the door and you're in the middle of things. Not at all noisy, very modern and very clean. Helpful owner whom provided a baby cot less than 24hours after we requested one. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Lovely accommodations and amenities. The location is right in the heart of the old city and walking distance from just about wherever you'd want to go. Great place to stay!
