I'm from Toronto, went to the emergency on 11 of August 2016 for a medical condition when I was on a trip to Quebec city... I am really impressed about the doctors, staffs and their management and the way they took care of me ... As I am a medical doctor back home I highly recommend the visitors to approach this hospital for any medical emergencies... I take this opportunity to thank the doctors and staffs who took care of me ....

Staff is useful and friendly. Most of time I didn't have to ask for directions, staff would see you looking around and immediately offered help. I was hospitalized two times, 6 days each time, in the Neuroscience aisle and staff were great. Nurses were wonderful, so wonderful that I felt sad to think of leaving them. My Neurosurgeon was so kind and caring... It was easier to think of my brain surgery thinking my life was in his hands. The Chief of anesthesia and his staff were fantastic. He sang for me just before I fell asleep. I thank them with all my heart for taking care of me, for making me laugh when I needed it. If I have to go back again it would be easier and less stressful to go. Merci!

The plaster room is a veritable torture room. the “nurses” are butchers. They do not take into account the effects of affected limbs. They manipulate bones like objects, completely ignoring pain. It's a shame that in 2023, pain management will be completely ignored. I still relive this extreme pain over and over like a trauma!

I have always have received great services. Friendly employees, great level of care. Quick to be served, example an appointed at 9h45, and everything was done and was back on the road before 9h45. Although it is rearly a pleasant visit, the staff makes you as comfortable as they possibly can. Thank you

I needed emergency drainage of a painful and disfiguring absess which was done expertly and with compassion by Dr. Sauvé et.al. During this procedure a pre-existing condition of arrhythmia was discovered prompting further tests and treatment. The cardiologist and her staff were comprehensive and educational in their approach to addressing my astonishment at having such a heart condition. I spent nearly a week in their care and was treated for both maladies until I could safely and comfortably return home. I will never forget my experience, which however negative on its face was nevertheless a learning and restoration to good health. I love these professional people for what they did and how they did it. Further, Dr. Morin of Cardiology and her able colleagues have been monitoring my heart condition and despite an unpleasant procedure or two have made my visits educational and my treatment thorough and professional. To all at Hôpital Enfant-Jésus I offer a sincere "Bravo👏👏👏👏! And 🌷🌷🌷🌷🎵 for the nursing and support staff.

I am so calmed by the professionalism of Miss Prescillia on Taco date (February 23; 8:30 a.m.) She knew how to put me at ease, delicate and with a soft voice that explained to me what she was doing as she went along...I sincerely thank you because my fear was greater than the hospital itself. I presented myself on the night of Tuesday February 20 for pain, the welcome was really perfect despite the long waiting time, thanks to Doctor Hugue for his involvement and communication which was really reassuring! 😊

Great nurses and Doctors, Took well care of me and i was in the operating table for 18hours, Specially thank the doctor that worked on me. Excellent help, even burned my nose veins i think cause of my nose bleed wouldn't stop.
