Major
Beach
is
one
of
our
favorites,
not
far
from
the
city
of
Montreal.
We
came
here
last
June
30,
2022
and
it
was
perfect!
Only
few
families
around.
We
are
family
of
4
(kids:
5&7),
paid
32$
for
entrance
and
parking
is
free.
You're
not
allowed
to
BBQ
in
the
area,
so
bring
your
own
food.
But
there
was
1
cute
food
truck
in
the
area
and
the
owner
was
nice
&
courteous.
It's
a
perfect
beach
(lake)
for
kids:
fine
sands,
calm
water
and
quite/relaxing
(weekdays).
You
can
bring
your
own
beach
umbrella/tent,
your
also
allowed
to
use
floaties.
There
were
2
lifeguard
stations
when
we
came.
Not
a
long
walk
from
parking
to
the
beach.
Picnic
tables
were
around
the
trees.
They
also
have
a
playground
in
the
area.
Changing
room
is
open
but
need
a
little
bit
of
renovation.
There's
a
rental
boats
on
the
side
of
the
lake
too.
Highly
recommended!
