Crazy expensive place! Bought a dress because im on vacay & forgot to bring a nice dress, for $17.49, that would only cost $8 in our local thrift store.Got another dress that i thought was $10 only to find out it was $19 🤦🏻‍♀️ Would have to cancel that purchase. Awesome workers though. No fitting room. Management should take a look into their pricing.

Worse place to go shopping, you cannot try clothes on not only because of covid restrictions but they stopped and removed the fitting rooms, price are to the roof, like its ridiculous at the end, you better have all your tag on to return anything.there you will pay same price as some branded kids store. they aint opening for the community but for 200% themself.

You could get similar pricing at some new clothing stores. Walmart, or other department stores.

Expensive for used items. Please go visit local thrift shops in your area that are not lucrative like VV.

I love the value village! I am from an area without many of these stores and getting to shop at some in Quebec was a real treat. Prices were very reasonable and it was a clean store. Friendly staff, willing to speak some English to help bridge the language barrier. Excellent, would love to return!

I went here to purchase a red long sleeved shirt, veut I didn't find this here, also I liked taking a look of your men and women clothes and accessories, also this store is is little hard to find because it is not situated directly at the street, but your employees are nice and friendly. Also the other thing I disliked a little bit, this place doesn't have fiting rooms.

I found an awesome wool sweater for $5. Excellent find as I am traveling and the weather is hovering around zero degrees. Much more effective than a polyester or acrylic sweater from Canadian tire or giant toger

Average thrift store, but didn't care for self checkout as the checkout wasn't scanning and needed staff assistance. They were nice but probably took more time needing help than just having a cashier open lane.

Service horrible. Superviseur inutile, qui ne cherche pas de solution. La clientèle est négligé. Horrible service. The supervisor was useless, she did not try to help, after I'd been sold an item that does not work. The client is truly neglected here.

No changing rooms to try items on and you cannot return items for a refund only exchanges.

Clean and well maintained Value Village just outside of downtown Quebec. Big store with lots to choose from. Prices are slightly cheaper than in Ontario. Lots of parking. Bathroom and store could be upgraded.

Addictive, and seems like some of items' prices are raising but otherwise its a good place to find cheap stuff. Too bad they do sell some malfunctioning products that can't be returned.

👍👍 It’s so hard to find a hairstylist who really knows curly hair. But WOW 🤩!!! Not only did Anne know perfectly what she was doing but she also took the time to ensure that the cut was perfect loop by loop! In addition, the salon has a very warm atmosphere and the team is very welcoming. For sure I w...
