Good diverse products at fair prices

Good selection, clean and organized store.

Close to the bnb we are staying at. They open early and have a wide variety of goods. Went here to buy our weekend bus pass, and the staff were helpful. Made a note to self to go back here to buy dinner later.

When I went there, half of the products on sale were not on the shelves (I don’t know if they were backordered or not). Then, when I went to pay for my groceries, I asked the packager to use my reusable bags but he was talking to the cashier. They never stopped to listen to what I was saying or ask me how I wanted my items packaged. Finally I just gave them my bags and, surprise! the next minute my bags had disappeared. I asked the packager where my bags were and he told me I was wrong, he had never seen my bags. The cashier confirmed it and said I didn’t have reusable bags! Fortunately, I realized that the packager had just put my bags in the cart of another customer who was leaving. Once I had them back, the packager told me he had put my groceries in disposable bags, so he wasn’t going to package them again. Really, poor customer service.

Great choice, products and filled aisles. Dedicated sections on meat, bread, fish deli and frozen treats. The same goes for drinks and snacks and cookies. International snacks and cookies options is wider than most Metro shops. A sushi counter and bio foods. A nice place to visit to see what are mostly available in Quebec for your everyday groceries. Parking are available and on bus route. Don’t forget your tote.

A lot of good and fresh sandwiches as we recently experienced while visiting Quebec city. Although our French language proficiency is poor, we never had problem at this store and we visited this location several times in 7 days of our Vacation. Bus stops are close so you can go in whichever direction you would like

Had numerous bad experiences with off chicken meat. The store clerk was very helpful and diligently refunded me each time, but I don't think I'll buy meat again here.

The lady manager there expulsed me for asking if the were gonna empty the second machine for empty can. She looked at me like I was thrash didnt answered me. So I ask again, and asking if there were a problem. She then ask a guy to escort me outside. This is ridiculous, abusing managing power. I never gonna go there again. I was client for 12 years before.

Decent grocery store. The layout of place is very standard, same as the service you get. The bad part ia the parking lot, which is not only small, but the parking spaces are also in a diagonal layout, which in turn makes it a pain to park from time to time.

An older Metro location, dated interior and exterior of the store. Selection of products was good and the prices as well. Staff struggled with English speaking customers.

Bag packers don't consider the order of groceries, they have repeatedly put heavy objects on top of bread/eggs/other soft objects. They also put containers which are easy to spill (I.e. sushi packages) in bags haphazardly, sideways or upside down, so the package becomes a complete mess when you get home. They make amateur mistakes almost everytime I shop, they clearly need better training.

Useful to get groceries. Has pretty much everything we need and some selection of beers!

Lots of ready to go foods, beer selection was good and priced well. Was able to get what I wanted in good time and the employees spoke English.
