🫤 My family and I booked app105 for two nights. The location of the unit is perfect. You are a walk away from bars, resto, and old town. The location just doesnt get any better. But, the unit was not clean. I messaged the management to come and clean two areas. They did. But then i found another uncle... People often mention clean, stay, location, walk, room, perfect, loft, great, Quebec, City,

My family and I booked app105 for two nights. The location of the unit is perfect. You are a walk away from bars, resto, and old town. The location just doesnt get any better. But, the unit was not clean. I messaged the management to come and clean two areas. They did. But then i found another unclean area (drawers under the bed). I didnt inform the management, because when you raise a flag once, the least to do is to come and scann the whole unit again. I paid for a clean rented apt, and i didnt get that. The reviews on google maps was one of the reasons why i booked this place, but the cleanliness was just unacceptable. Apart from the cleanliness (which is a major issue), the loft is in a great location. Loft 105 had micro, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine and etc. It serves the purpose for a touristic stay. My recommendation: they should spend more time and money on housekeeping.

loft looked like it was recently renovated and brand new! Seemed perfect until the ants showed up :/ and then cleaning staff cleaned them up but they kept coming. Some work needed to seal off the stone foundation openings i guess. They did issue a slight refund but was hoping for more. Seems like cleanliness is the biggest complaint on here, and seems to be accurate.

Not at all impressed with this place. We had to stop in Quebec City while driving back from the maritimes and I kind of wish I just powered through and drove home. To start, very noisy hallways and the sound travels easily into the unit. Had no issues though with checking in as it’s just a drop box, when we got into the room we noticed all of the towels and sheets had dirt and markings all over them and the entire unit just did not seem clean whatsoever. I will not return and do not recommend

Centrally located and spacious. Renovated. All appliances in working order. However, the place wasn't cleaned after previous visitors. Sheets and pillows were yellow, dirt in floor and the refrigerator was disgusting. Toilet had stains from other people. We cleaned the place and ran all the sheets in the washing machine. They came out white.

Traveled here for a solo vacation. I can't say enough about this city and hotel. The location was perfect. Cartier street is only about 5 blocks away. The Petit Market is the perfect place to get fresh croissants, and a few groceries for your stay. You can also pick up a bus pass from one of the shops here. Old Town is within walking distance but it's a short bus ride to everything as well. Having the kitchen and washer/dryer was really convenient. The bed was super comfy! Plains of Abraham is one of the most beautiful parks I've had the pleasure of visiting and is a very short walk. (Do yourself a favor and get up early and go watch the sunrise.) The hotel felt safe and everything was clean. It was super quiet. My room was right in front and I rarely heard any coming or going or street noise. I plan on returning to Quebec City and will stay here again. I've already recommended to others. Thanks for a great trip!

My husband and I stayed in #206 for one week. We were in QuĂŠbec City for our honeymoon and, as it was our first time in QuĂŠbec City, we LOVED that we were within walking distance to pretty much everything that we wanted to see. 20 minute walk to Hotel Frontenac is the longest walk but, so many wonderful sight seeing in between. The loft was spacious, tidy, and perfect for us. We loved sitting out on the balcony and playing some games in the evening while watching the activity on Grande AllĂŠe Est. Out loft was quiet and cozy and we enjoyed the warmth of this beautifully renovated old character space. Our only issues were that we could not turn off the air conditioner at all. We tried everything so, on chilly days, the room was extremely cold but, on hot days, it wasn't cool enough. No matter what we tried, we could not turn off or change the preset temperature. I would have loved to have had more than two towels for 2 people but, it wasn't terrible. We made do. The parking wasn't the best as, the one time we wanted to use our rental vehicle at night, the big post that sticks up for no apparent reason and blocks the entrance made it impossible for us to get out of the lot. There was another tenant who had paid for parking and was also angry as he was not able to park in the parking lot because of the post. I wish we knew why it was there and we were nervous that, on the day we had to fly home, we would be stuck in the lot. Overall, we very much enjoyed our week long stay and will definitely be back to rent again as we LOVED QuĂŠbec City so very much.

Great place for a longer stay! Well-equipped studio close to restaurants and the Plains of Abraham, short walk to the city walls. Parking included. Perfect for a couple, but a little crammed if there are more people. Highly recommended!

Awesome! When you book, you get a code to enter the building and enter your room. The rooms have everything you would need (towels/soap in the washroom and pots/pans and utensils in the kitchen). Everything is new and neat.

Fantastic accommodation, much better than the hotels in area. Highly recommended if you want appartment style accommodation. Clean and well thought out, no reception just an email key code upon arrival. Can't praise enough 😁

nice loft but way smaller than on the pictures. clean beds but a lot of dust everywhere. shower could use a scrub. the worst is that you can't open windows!? when we got to the room the heat was on (on a warm day) and it was 26! very difficult concept with the keys and remote to park and open door. no elevator.

We had a great night staying there. It was a tiny but cozy room. But we had some issue with the cleanness of the bed sheet and towels. The bed sheet for the sofa bed was a bit yellow and had some dirty marks. So we called the hotel and lady gave to us more clean bed sheet. Then we figured towels were also not very clean and had some red marks on it. So we put into washer and the red mark was gone, which meant these marks are removable. So it would be away better if they could double check if the towels are clean before putting into the room. But overall stay was pretty nice. Close to Plain of Abraham. 20mins walk to the Chateau Frontenac. The lady who answered the phone was super nice and she’s really good speaking English. I would recommend this place.

This was the perfect home base for our vacation. Close enough to walk to everything, kitchenette to prepare meals when we wanted to, and great space to just hang out when were not out and about.

Small apartment, it's cute and has everything we needed for the weekend! Right on Grande Alleè, walking distance to everything we had going on. Close to parking and with the Quebec City Marathon going on it was a bonus that the running route was right in front of the house. It was very clean and neat. And it was less expensive than the hotel we stayed at last year.

We stayed in many different places in Quebec. For our family this place is the best. Very cozy, clean and quiet. Fully functional kitchen saved us when we could not reserve a restaurant. Extremely convenient location. Winter Carnival Parade was passing near the building. I wish to see more places like this in Canada and around the world!

The Loft is located in the heart of Old Quebec, near many historical sites. The manor itself is just as historical as the city itself. The studio apartment is clean and organized, with all the equipment we need. Will recommend this place to anyone looking for a family-styled stay and who is fond of history.

Great little place with everything you would need! Right on the Grande Allee a step from great restaurants and the Plains of Abraham, and a short walk into old city and downtown. My only complaint was that we were in the third floor and there's no elevator, but it's okay, that was our workout for the week!

Great location. Great loft. Would definitely stay here again. The check in and check out procedures were very easy. We did ask for extra shampoo and they quickly stocked them up. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable lodging with excellent use of space. The room was small, but thoughtfully designed with loads of storage and everything stocked to make it a home away from home. In suite washer and dryer were an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Location is excellent, walking distance to Old Quebec and many restaurants.
