The room was mostly clean and modern apart from a couple of weird stains on the wall. It's really close to Valcartier however, walking there, especially in winter, is pretty dangerous since there's no sidewalk and we had to walk in the street where incoming traffic can't really see us. Also note that the restaurant is closed due to Covid right now.

The price is right at this budget motel. The room layout is wonky, but workable. It was quiet the night that we stayed there. The beds are no frills and squeaky. There were marks all over the desk that I think came from a Sharpie? A bit strange, but whatever.

Room was very clean and cute, and the staff were all very friendly. The restaurant downstairs is very good too. Only taking one 1 star because the bed was uncomfortable (spring in my back all night in room 11). Other than that everything was perfect!

My god!!! Five stars is not enough. Just try the resto, it's perfect. Lovely staff. Could'nt be better😍

Next to the water park. I dont recommand because the rooms are disgusting, small and the bed are very firm. There are dirty marks on the walls. The receptionist is a barmaid. This place is less expensive than the hotel, but next time i would go for the hotel.

Really beautiful location, room was clean and very close to a the pub that offers delicious food. Very close village vacance valcartier. Will definitely book again.

It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. It is very close to the Valcartier Village which makes it very convenient. They also have a resto-bar which has amazing wings :). I will definitely go stay there again.

It was "ok" as it was a place to lay my head for a rest.

AMAZING FOOD, pizza was delicious and so was the poutine. 4 stars because no bud light. other than that super good food and staff.

I can not speak for the hotel, but i have had the pizza here twice and was greatly disappointed both times.. the crust was really thick and doughy around the edge and completely paper thin and undercooked in the center. You can’t even pick up the slice with your hands without it completely disintegrating. I ordered it the second time around thinking the first time was a bad fluke since I couldn’t conceive of anyone sending out such a doughy mess without it being a mistake, but i can confirm that it wasn’t. It is consistently terrible. I don’t understand how they don’t notice and keep serving it. Either they’ve never eaten a decent pizza or they just don’t care about stealing people’s money. Also, the Caesar salad was more of a mayonnaise soupe, with bits of lettuce swimming in it. Completely over dressed. Not to mention, both of my visits here, we had to wait 45 minutes for our food while there were barely any other customers. Also, looking at the previous bad reviews, the owner seems very defensive instead of taking constructive criticism and improving their food/service based on their own clientele’s feedback. The only thing that’s keeping them in business is the lack of restaurants in the area.

Rooms are clean, property is nicely situated. They mention continental breakfast which is bread, butter, milk, juice and cereal available to you at a table at the reception at all times. If you want a full breakfast you will have to wait till restro pub is open. BUT, I am ripping off 4 stars because of the unprofessionalism showed to us as guests. We reached late evening after a long day at valcatier water resort, and had showered. We shortly after realized the toilet won't flush because of clogging. Upon informing the reception, they handed us a plunger and said go plunge it yourself! If you run a hotel, never tell your tired guests to solve toilet issues that your hotel has. I get it that the atmosphere is informal and all, but this is the limit. The lady did the least to make us feel comfortable. Rooms had flies, but all these other complaints just feel trivial in front of the toilet issue. Sorry but you either need to change that person at the desk who is also the bartender, or run your hotel more professionally. EDIT: Editing to respond to below, we were never told that there was a maintenance person on site, or if we wanted him to come and do it.

This place was incredible. My son and I were in from Ontario. For the winter carnival. We were greeted with an amazing hostess. She made us feel welcome. We only speak English. She caught on right away. Spoke to us influent English. The food was incredible. But not as outstanding as our amazing service. She went above and beyond when she wrote out. Ski hills near by for my son to snowboard on. It was such an incredible experience. That we went back after we were done our outing. Again same incredible service. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 in my book

Comfortable. Good AC. Clean. Carpets everywhere. No staff to be found. Loud streets. Very tiny.
