Although
it's
nice
to
be
one
of
their
employees,
being
one
of
their
customers
is
less
pleasant.
Unfortunately,
their
smartphone
app
is
difficult
to
use,
doesn't
provide
information
that
would
be
useful
for
managing
schedules,
and
involves
a
lot
of
steps
which
greatly
increases
the
possibility
of
errors.
I
have
found
that
their
customer
service
makes
a
sincere
effort
to
communicate
with
customers
like
me
who
are
unhappy
with
their
product.
Unfortunately,
the
effort
became
laughable
when
the
agent
demonstrated
no
curiosity
about
the
problematic
features
that
I
had
begun
to
describe
for
the
purpose
of
improvement
and
feedback.
Unfortunately,
he
immediately
started
offering
me
the
training
that
I
should
have
done,
and
tried
to
convince
me
that
the
software
had
no
problems,
and
that
others
had
no
problems.
I
hope
there
will
be
others
who
can
try
to
pass
on
the
message
of
improvement
through
feedback.
