Bad behavior from an employee today, has nothing to do with customer service, I wanted to make a complaint but the manager was not on site. I would never return

A YEAR AFTER I went back, the same manager, the same lousy service, the same attitude. Deplorable. VERY, VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Starting with the supervisor continuing with the employees who drive us crazy with their dismissive attitudes and poor service. PLEASE STOP ASKING FOR THE EMAIL AND ALSO FORCING US TO ENTER IT WHEN PAYING.

Non-existent customer service, we enter and the employee looks at us without saying a word. Then they don't even want to apply their own discount on already existing markdowns. When I tell them about it, the employee tells me that it is only on the red signs, I then tell her that it was a red sign and she says that this red sign is not applicable even though 2 seconds ago She told me it was just the red signs. Store to avoid.

Wow! manager without any tact, even impolite. The employees are never eager to help you find what you are looking for! The one at the capitals galleries is frankly better!

Very poor customer service, no empathy. Apparently the return policy is 45 days including the day of purchase. However, on the invoice, it is written ''within 45 days of purchase''. I wanted to return an item and was told that the date was yesterday. I drove more than 40 minutes to get there, no understanding from the employee, she didn't even try to accommodate me.
