I actually never ended up buying anything after having difficulties with a watch clasp and instead of really pushing hard at the sale the salesperson said what I was thinking "not right, too much energy going into this for it to be the right one" I appreciated her honesty, and willingness to lose a sale in pursuit of having happy and satisfied customers. Wonderful service and excellent selection of unique jewelry crafts!! We had an excellent time with Andy (Agnès) who was very patient with us in selecting our engagement rings and was able to deliver the rings as requested - would definitely come back again and highly recommended for those who are looking for a special ring like no others!
