Omar replaced the battery in my watch and had it back on my wrist in less than 2 minutes. That's after the kid next door couldn't even open it. Omar is a friendly and funny salesman as well, we ended up buying a brand new watch because of him.

This is the place to get the Quebec Bead for Pandora - It is a really nice one and had the Chateau on the back. Owner was very helpful, very courteous and not pushy in the slightest. Was having a bit of the mornings and he made me an espresso - which helped considerably. Displays of all the jewelry are nicely done and watch lovers should beware as this place has a great selection. Wish we had more time but my wallet was thankful we didn’t.

My family and I were in Quebec City for a few days and "discovered" this really nice shop. My son and I love to collect watches and they have a wonderful selection. Bianka, the sales person we dealt with was, friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and very patient. Highly recommend the store and will definitely check it out again the next time we are in Quebec City.

Horrible service from the owner. Does not care about customers. Small Pandora selection. We went back to buy a charm. It had been sold and instead of offering to find it elsewhere, he told my teen daughter that she should have bought it yesterday as things sell quickly. We left with her nearly in tears.

Great service. They have beautiful things and a vast collection to choose from. I would recommend it any day. This has been my jewellery and watch store for many years.

If I could give a ZERO I would. I had purchased a coach watch in the evening, noting a tiny scratch yet assumed it was the lighting. The sales woman Rebecca was persistent that I purchase it. When doing so I asked if there was anything wrong with it in which she said no it was on sale as it an end of season model. She gave me the box, WITHOUT a protective pillow but I wore it anyways. In the morning I put the watch on and see it is scratched along the side. I call and try to work with the OWNER who is completely arrogant and rude, told me it was my problem, and hung up the phone on me. This was the first time I treated myself to watch and I REGRET going in and supporting the business who cares nothing about its product or customer satisfaction. I wanted to work on a solution that would benefit us both, but in the end, I'm stuck with a HORRIBLE experience and a half par product. Buy at your own discretion.

Five years ago at Christmas time, I made my first purchase at Most jewelry & watches. Since then and over the years, I've been back often because of their high level of class, professionalism, pressure free, and amazing after sales costumer service. The education and the sales team knowledge are second to none, easily you can feel comfortable and nice environment. It's been my hands down favourite jewelry store so far, their selection is outstanding and huge, that you can see the real item before buying it instead of ordering by catalogs as others stores do. Great experience overall-did not purchase a product in the end due to budget constraints but a very kind and knowledgeable owner who did the best je was able to too find me a watch in my budget range. Great place to find a watch in person in old Quebec
