    What a disservice. Purchased a leather strap for my watch on June 26, it is already broken, I returned to the jewelry store for a replacement, response: you must come back because only the manager can authorize the replacement. I was suggested to buy Krazy glue to make the repair. Really 1 star is still too much.

    Great place to be fooled... We were sold a white gold ring which tarnished after a while... when we went to tell them they said it wasn't normal and that they would at least get it send to have it "arranged" ... already we were very disappointed because I paid for a gold ring ... But in the end it's a waste. When the ring was ready we went to collect it and they also tried to charge us for it... 😂 in short if you want not to be fooled... go elsewhere.     Don't waste your time or money. I bought supposedly gold earrings, but I hadn't held them in my hands before buying them. I got home to put them on and they were so light that the stem would bend just trying to remove the butterfly. So, this didn't do it for me since I wanted sturdy gold earrings. They looked made of cheap silver when I tried to put them on. So I went back to request a refund. During the sale no one mentions that they do not give refunds and it is not written on the receipt. What a surprise I had when I arrived and was told they only do exchanges, NO REFUNDS. She shows me the earrings she has in stock. None interest me (the only pair that looked good was $550). She told me to come back and that next time, she would still give me a 50% discount on my earrings (I bought them during Black Friday) since it was their fault, they didn't have much left. of models. So I'll be back after the holidays. Another lady shows me the earrings she has. Nothing more interesting than the first time. She tells me she will receive an order in 1 week.     My boyfriend bought my white gold engagement ring there. Worst experience. I'm a size 4, so we definitely had to have it adjusted. The lady told us a maximum of 3 weeks to wait, we waited 4. So far it's not that bad. I'm going to get my ring, it looks beautiful with their lighting. I arrive home and realize that my ring is no longer white gold. It is rendered in yellow gold at the bottom. It even has punch marks on it as well as a falling diamond. We asked for a refund, but she refused and told my boyfriend to calm down, because he was angry with the outcome and she was not apologizing. We never got a refund, we had to take out a credit.
