Don't
waste
your
time
or
money.
I
bought
supposedly
gold
earrings,
but
I
hadn't
held
them
in
my
hands
before
buying
them.
I
got
home
to
put
them
on
and
they
were
so
light
that
the
stem
would
bend
just
trying
to
remove
the
butterfly.
So,
this
didn't
do
it
for
me
since
I
wanted
sturdy
gold
earrings.
They
looked
made
of
cheap
silver
when
I
tried
to
put
them
on.
So
I
went
back
to
request
a
refund.
During
the
sale
no
one
mentions
that
they
do
not
give
refunds
and
it
is
not
written
on
the
receipt.
What
a
surprise
I
had
when
I
arrived
and
was
told
they
only
do
exchanges,
NO
REFUNDS.
She
shows
me
the
earrings
she
has
in
stock.
None
interest
me
(the
only
pair
that
looked
good
was
$550).
She
told
me
to
come
back
and
that
next
time,
she
would
still
give
me
a
50%
discount
on
my
earrings
(I
bought
them
during
Black
Friday)
since
it
was
their
fault,
they
didn't
have
much
left.

I'll

back
after
the
holidays.
Another
lady
shows
me
the
earrings
she
has.
Nothing
more
interesting
than
the

time.
She
tells
me
she
will
receive
an
order
in

week.

times
I've
been
traveling

nothing.
She
then
tells
me
that
she
will
give
me
a
credit
note
and
wants
to
write
on
the
note
the
price
I
paid
and
not
the
price
the
earrings
were
worth.
I
told

the
person
know
that
they

have
to
give
me
50%
on
the
earrings
that
I

take
in
exchange?

the
price

paid
since

told

that

I

him
back
the
earrings
and
the
invoice,
I
no
longer
had
proof
that
I
had
paid
that
amount,
but
that
the
earrings
were
worth
double
and
so
I
could
choose
earrings
of
the
same
value
for
me
afterwards.
She
keeps
shouting
NO
I
WILL
NOT
WRITE
THAT!!
LEAVE
WITH
YOUR
EARRINGS!!!!
Seriously,
I
had
never
been
spoken
to
like
that
by
an
employee
even
though
what
I
was
saying
was
very
logical
but
the
lady
had
decided
that
she
didn't
want
to
understand!!
She
yelled
at
me
like
that
in
front
of
a
line
of
7
people,
to
show
you
how
much
she
has
no
restraint
and
doesn't
care
about
customer
service!
The
earrings
were
my
Christmas
present
that
I
chose
with
my
boyfriend.
As
I
am
disappointed
to
have
chosen
this
jewelry
store
and
to
have
had
to
live
this
experience
which
made
me
feel
frustrated
while
times
are
difficult
for
everyone
at
the
moment
I
did
not
need
this.
So
there
you
have
it,
if
this
comment
can
help
other
people
to
better
choose
their
jewelry
store
and
ESPECIALLY
AVOID
Cathy
jewelry
at
all
costs
in
order
to
avoid
unnecessary
frustration,
my
goal
will
have
been
achieved.
It's
amazing
how
some
people
can
harm
their
own
business.
They
are
already
rated
2.8
stars
out
of
5
and
still
allow
themselves
to
speak
to
customers
like
this!
