    Excellent service. I received an engagement ring (the fair of misfortunes) barely after having it made smaller a stone fell out. A few months later my diamond finally fell off 8 months after purchase, they gave me a brand new ring. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service

    Saturday December 16, 2023, at 2:35 p.m., I went to the capital galleries branch and I was served by Vincent Lortie (4753). I hereby file a complaint against Mr. Lortie for his unprofessional attitude and rudeness. I was there with my children to buy earrings for my daughter. Mr. Lortie only did the bare minimum to help me and we felt like we were bothering him. When the bill comes, my partner pays and then we hear another employee asking a customer if he has a CAA card in order to get a 5% discount. Hearing this, I asked him to also have the discount and he replied in a very aggressive tone: "The invoice is out, it's non-refundable!". I tell him that we bought the earrings 30 seconds ago and that he didn't notify us of this discount. Immediately, he replied in a firm tone “it’s non-refundable!”. I mentioned to him my disagreement with the situation and he immediately said to me: "Sir, I can have you expelled from the store by security"... I couldn't believe it, my partner and I were stunned by his situation and my children m 'asked fearfully why the gentleman is mean. After making a half-disgust/half-sarcasm face and a big sigh, he left. Fortunately, the manager who was on site took charge of the situation and understood the illogicality of the situation, then she refunded the amount corresponding to the discount. Myself, in my job, I manage staff and I can guarantee you that an employee who would have spoken in this way to a client would have come to my office and would have at least received a disciplinary sanction.     Pire service jamais reçu. J’ai laissĂ© un bracelet pour rĂ©paration trĂšs minime en dĂ©but juillet 2022. On me dit que ca prendra maximum 2 semaines. Je n’ai jamais eu d’appel ou quoi que ce soit. J’appelle donc en fin aoĂ»t, aprĂšs Ă©normĂ©ment de messages vocaux plusieurs jours de suite, je reussi Ă  parler Ă  une personne. Elle cherche avec mon tĂ©lĂ©phone, mon numero de billet (ticket pour la rĂ©paration) elle me dit que rien n’est dans l’ordinateur. Je lui explique de quoi a l’air mon bracelet, elle me met en attente pendant tres longtemps et fini par me dire qu’elle me rappel dans 1h. Jamais eu de retour, je me prĂ©sente le lendemain, on me dit qu’ils ne savent pas oĂč il est, de ne pas me reprĂ©senter, qu’on va m’appeler. Jamais de nouvelle, j’appel depuis et je n’ai jamais de rĂ©ponse, j’écris sur leur facebook on me dit qu’ils prennent la situation en main et je n’ai jamais de nouvelle. Je n’ai aucune idĂ©e oĂč se trouve mon bracelet, un cadeau trĂšs prĂ©cieux pour moi.

    Honestly, I don't even know where to start... my jewelry has been under repair since August 7 and I still have no news. I went to the store 3 times, I contacted the manager (the hardest person I have seen to contact) she assures me that she will call me back in the next week... and 3 weeks more late I still have no news. I'm going to the store again this time to get a refund since it's almost November. I am told that only the manager can take care of me and unsurprisingly she is not there and no one knows when she will come back. I am completely discouraged and on the verge of becoming disorganized

    We have been waiting for my collar to be repaired for over 4 months. The first time we went we gave my necklace away, very quick. In short, I was told that I would have news after 2 weeks. 3 weeks later we got news that we were going to have to pay $40 without really a clear explanation. However, we are still under warranty for the necklace and we have been told that we will not pay anything even if the chain should be replaced. After a month we got a call saying my necklace arrived. So we show up at the store. The employee present did not understand why we should pay $40 because she also says that it is supposed to be free. So we had to wait for his manager to arrive at the store. After a few hours, his manager never arrived.     j'ai laissé ma montre la le 16 juillet,pour changer la batterie,il était pas capable de dévisser les vis en arriÚre, pari à l'atelier depuis ce temps la,aucune nouvelle de personne pour savoir ou est ma montre, service pitoyable de la gérante, elle nous demande d,'arreter de venir la voir et d'attendre qu'elle nous appelle,on est le 7octobre et pas de nouvelles,j'avais demander il y a 3 semaines de pas reparer ma montre et juste me la ramener sans les réparations, pas eu de nouvelles encore,service pourri n'allez pas la,merci

    J’ai achetĂ© une montre et le changement de la batterie Ă  vie est inclus. Je me presente Ă  midi pour le remplacement de de ma batterie. Il y a une vendeuse et un client. Elles dit de laisser ma montre de de repasser Ă  la fin de la journĂ©e car elle est seule.
