bit
disappointed
to
be
honest.
I
am
satisfied
with
the
issue
for
which
I
initially
consulted
as
the
treatment
was
successful.
However,
I
am
not
satisfied
with
the
overall
experience
provided,
especially
for
a
private
clinic.
I
had
an
appointment
and
then
a
follow
up.
For
both,
I
was
mistakenly
overcharged
by
the
receptionists,
even
if
the
doctor
had
clearly
confirmed
the
fees
on
the
invoice
provided...
For
my
follow
up
appointment,
they
were
running
late,
as
I
had
to
wait
20
minutes
past
my
appointment
time
before
the
nurse
called
me
and
then
another
10
for
the
doctor.
As
the
nurse
was
accompanied
by
a
trainee,
I'm
guessing
it
would
explain
the
lateness,
but
no
one
bothered
to
inform
me
that
they
were
running
behind
nor
did
they
apologize
for
it.
Then,
what
really
bothered
me
is
the
fact
that
it
was
a
follow
up,
meaning
the
doctor
and
I
wanted
to
assess
the
results
of
the
treatment,
before
confirming
if
more
injections
were
needed.
However,
the
nurse
automatically
proceeded
to
confirm
the
charges
for
an
additional
injection,
without
bothering
to
see
the
results
of
the
previous
treatment
(ie
if
it
was
needed),
nor
confirm
if
that
is
actually
what
I
wanted.
It
just
felt
more
about
money
rather
than
caring
about
what
the
patient
wanted/needed.
Wish
I
had
a
better
experience
overall
because
as
I
stated
earlier,
I
am
happy
with
the
treatment
provided
by
the
doctor
as
well
as
the
results.
Customer
service
and
patient
care
need
to
be
better
assessed
though.
