Lowering my rating to 3 stars. Client since 2015. They closed my clinic in Lac Beauport and increase their price dramatically over the past year. A 30 minutes doctor visit used to cost 200$ (pre-pandemic) now it's 250$. Today they charged me 330$ for a 15 minutes visit because I had the doctor fill an SAAQ form (which took him less than 5 minutes) that cost extra. I don't care to pay for a service but asking 330$ for 15 minutes, that's a bit much. Will no longer recommend them to friends.

A bit disappointed to be honest. I am satisfied with the issue for which I initially consulted as the treatment was successful. However, I am not satisfied with the overall experience provided, especially for a private clinic. I had an appointment and then a follow up. For both, I was mistakenly overcharged by the receptionists, even if the doctor had clearly confirmed the fees on the invoice provided... For my follow up appointment, they were running late, as I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time before the nurse called me and then another 10 for the doctor. As the nurse was accompanied by a trainee, I'm guessing it would explain the lateness, but no one bothered to inform me that they were running behind nor did they apologize for it. Then, what really bothered me is the fact that it was a follow up, meaning the doctor and I wanted to assess the results of the treatment, before confirming if more injections were needed. However, the nurse automatically proceeded to confirm the charges for an additional injection, without bothering to see the results of the previous treatment (ie if it was needed), nor confirm if that is actually what I wanted. It just felt more about money rather than caring about what the patient wanted/needed. Wish I had a better experience overall because as I stated earlier, I am happy with the treatment provided by the doctor as well as the results. Customer service and patient care need to be better assessed though.

Great Doctor (Dr. Gaumont) 10 out of 10! He was very professional and explained the whole procedure, very calmly! This Clinique is unbelievable...employees are not all stressed out and are very patient with us! Everything and everyone is so relaxed.....great atmosphere! Absolutely 10/10

Competent and friendly service. Appointment on time. Secretarial staff friendly and helpful. Nursing screening thorough and discreet. Doctor competent, efficient, effective and reassuring. Will return should the need arise.

We visited a dermatologist at Lacroix and she was extremely professional and experienced. She was very friendly and answered our questions patiently. Also, the receptionists were friendly and helpful. I strongly recomend this place

Very good experience on the overhaul, small mistake was done by the receptionist when the wrong hospital was contacted, it was rectified after a phone call. I did appreciated the Doctor approach and the treatment, to be followed-up.

Both ladies at the front desk were very polite, helpful and with a nice smile. I had to wait a bit for my appointment, nothing like the public system, but I am very satisfied with the doctor's meeting. Dr. Doré was very polite and professional. I would certainly go back at any time. I do not need to wait for half a year or more to consult a professional in my future. Heads up, good alternative!

DR EZQUEL was simply perfect and I am very happy we made the decision to go to Lacroix. However, the receptionist was as polite as a "bulldog"...we were 10 minutes late because of a parking problem...2 other receptionists were also there nice looking with proper dressing...we were simply not lucky but it puts a big cloud over the whole visit.

It’s been a week and a half that I wait for someone to call me back regarding my situation. When we talk about health, time counts. You call the number and all they can do is to say “someone will call you” and no one calls you. Such a disrespect for patients and people who pay big money to get a decent health assistance.

I was very satisfied with my experience at the clinique. The reception staff was very polite and very helpful. Dr El Azreq was very professional and very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to return to the clinic if need be.

Love my gynecologist Dr. Dubois she is an excellent doctor and the rest of the staff is so friendly and welcoming.

The doctors take their time and are nice. The receptionists have always been polite. The clinic is modern and clean. No comparison with the public system. Worth every penny.
