Have since switched vers, service seems to have gone down hill since they moving across the street in to the new location. Last time it seemed there wasn't even a vet there.

if i could review with 0 star i would have. a year ago, my girlfriend and i went to cimon cause our dog lost 3 teeth and had bad breath. they told us everything was fine and its normal cause its a boston terrier. Today our little girl had to get 9 teeth remove at daubigny cause they had failed to spot the gingivitis that had pus in it and they told us it was a long time thing. at least we were lucky cause our dog immune system fought the infection for so long and it didnt do that much damage but time still did its thing. if you think going to cimon, do the right thing and go to global vet, they have better tricks to get your animal to like them and do a good check up and good advice when you need them. Cimon just told us everything was fine and it clearly wasnt. Just pay a little more at global vet, you will see how worth it it was in the long run. just check all the other 1 star review to see how the service is bad there and avoid them at all cost as they dont even have a shred of shame into not giving advice to people. Seems like people who work there are like police failing police school going to work at the mall as security guard.

I received a 5 stars service. As a new client, they took the time to answer all my questions and explained to me what is really needed for my new baby dog.

Staff is very polite and answers all my question. They have a good variety of food for cats and dogs.

So, I am not a professional Vet critic. I haven't been to enough of them to truely compare but, if there are any vets out there better than this place you should most probably still go here. The venue was cleaner than a hospital quarantine room (certainly cleaner than one in Quebec) and more welcoming than a hug from your mum. The reception staff were friendly and both of the vets that I dealt with were professional and cleary loved their job (and my cats). While I am sure that my cats would disagree, we will be coming back gere for all of our feline health needs.

They love animals. They are up front with the price they don't try to hide it until the end. I recommend to everyone.

The staff is amazing ! My dog Chip is a bit of a nervous adhd andy and he has a lot of energy/loves to bark. They are very comprehensive and you can tell that they care. Definitely recommend this place.

Crew that is skilled and really attentive and caring for your pet health and needs.
