My new favourite cafe! As a vegan, I was nervous prior to my trip to Quebec City, but because of this cafe I was nourished and satisfied for the entire duration of my visit. We prefer to try out a variety of places when we travel, but we were so happy after our initial visit that we returned every morning all week. I tried the tofu and falafel wraps, the fruit & yogurt bowl, as well as each smoothie and the lattes. Everything was perfect - delicious and nutritious. You are paying for quality meals and this is reflected in their prices. Worth every penny in my opinion. The atmosphere is wonderful & the employees are very kind and helpful. I will definitely return when I visit Quebec next. Until then, I won’t stop raving about this fantastic place.

Was very surprised and pleased to find such a good vegan breakfast option in Quebec City. The entire food menu was vegan. The tofu wrap was excellent. Atmosphere was very cute and the food and coffee were great. Definitely check this out if you’re looking for a nice cafe to grab a bite or get breakfast. Would be a nice study/work spot. B+ (very good). Updated from previous review on 2023-12-29

Lovely little cafe! They have limited options on the menu but everything is really nice and flavourful. Staff is friendly and there is lots of seating space and areas to do your work.

Best place to have vegan food. I tried their Falafel wrap, Tofu Wrap and Chai Latte and it was so delicious. Must visit this place if you are in Quebec for brunch.

Beautiful GF treats and brekky baked items. Many are gone by 10:00 (sad face). The coffee is very excellent! NIce roasts, well-prepared and served. The baristas are friendly and helpful. The mugs and bowls are custom pottery and they are cute!

Lovely little cafe with vegan & vegetarian food and drink! Love that they were open early, very welcoming, and nice staff. Perfect spot for breakfast on our road trip :)

Stopped in for a flat white, chai latte, and falafel wrap on our way through the province. The atmosphere was just what we were hoping for, great vegan food and friendly faces, and the coffee hit the spot and was made with care. The barista was kind with our French when we asked for lait d'avion instead of lait d'avoine :)

To provide people with a good coffee experience is very complex, because it requires attention to detail at all levels. This place has to my tastes above average food and service. The coffee was good, but they do take their time to make it, which is a very good thing. I tried their Chia overnight…..it blew my mind how something so simple was so good and made me wanted to come back for it again. The service was cordial and on point, they have a weird selection of used clothes for sale, (so random) and it is a perfect place to write emails. I would give this institution a solid 3.9. Enjoy

Best coffee shop - Ambiance - in the city. The owners Jonathan and Chantal (parents of cute little Hubert) run a Th3rdwave coffee shop that emerged as an idea from a recent trip down in Australia, so you know they have the best Flat White in town! The rest of the menu is also very good. From their homemade Oat Milk Hot Chocolate to the Dirty Chai Latte, they surely have something to please you. As far as food goes almost everything is vegetarian or vegan, but trust me it’s also awesome. My personal favorite is the Tofu Wrap, and I don’t even like tofu, haha! A little away for “all the action”, it’s still located on St-Vallier street in “St-So” (short for St-Sauveur). Parking near is easy to find and free so you can easily start you day there and then walk toward the more touristy parts of the city. Ultimately, it commands a stop!

My partner and I love having breakfast there with a delicious coffee and read a book (or work a little 🥲) The menu is varied and delicious, not what you would expect from a "normal" coffee shop, and the drinks (lattes, smoothies, etc.) are also very good.

Great spot with awesome food, coffee, and service. My partner and I went and it was amazing. They let us try an experimental meal that was a hollandaise sauce with hard boiled egg white chunks. The pickle bits were to die for and the bread had sundried tomatoes and was so moist. Coffee was also great, they were voted one of the tip shops by third wave coffee. The service was super friendly and gave us awesome tips for exploring the area.

A sweet spot with lovely owners and great coffee. A dejection of healthy things to eat. Worth going to this one!

This was hands-down the best coffee I tried in Quebec City. I’m spoiled by New York coffee and found a lot of the other high-rated cafes in the area to have either bitter or watery iced lattes, but this was perfect— both milk and bean wise. The barista was also so nice and helpful.

👍 We were there for lunch and there was no lineup. We ordered the croissant sandwiches and coffee, both are freshly made. Highly recommend. Staff are very helpful to suggest food from the menu.
