Excellent customer service! Came with a group of ten people for some bubble tea a few minutes before they closed. The servers went above and beyond in making our visit comfortable and gave friendly and welcoming service. I have to say that this is the best customer service I’ve received in Quebec City! Thank you for making our visit so pleasant!

-I've gone to this place 3 times, the drinks always taste excellent! The waiting time to get the order might be long but it simply means the drinks are made freshly on the spot, and I always see all staff working so hard non-stop, so I don't really have any complaint. Love it!

-Their milk tea is the tastiest to me out of all the options downtown. It tastes the most natural.

Just the tea we wanted after a long hot day visiting Quebec City. Kids got extra bubbles and played at their Air Hockey table while we waited for the tea. The shop is inside the mall and it was open until 8:30PM even though the mall was closed at 6PM.

Great bubble tea with lots of choices. Definitely coming back. Bit expensive and advertised they opened at 10am but didn't open until 11am.
