Only pair of these shoes we could find in the size we needed for our son. The shoelace was bad. Went to the store to see if we could just swap laces or get a discount to cover new laces. The guy in charge at the location in Apache Junction, Az location, LEVI, was absolutely rude and would not work with us to remedy so we just returned the shoes. I was baffled by how poorly we were treated and Levi's complete lack of customer service and his attitude.

Great place to find discount hiking gear. I got my hiking boots at a very cheap price and I love them. My only complaint is that it took a long time to find someone to help me when trying on shoes.

This place has a little bit of everything. Nice selection of shoes and workout gear. It is my 'go to' place for anything fitness.

Came into the store for an inner tube and some oars. I wasn't able to find the oars, so I asked an associate Kayla, she said they showed to have several in stock, but none were on the floor. She looked, and then the manager Angel looked until he found them, buried in with other inventory that hadnt been sorted yet. I truly appreciate all the extra care shown today and will be back for the staff alone! Thank you!!

My husband was looking for new work boots and the nice lady helped him find two pairs he liked, and they were both on sale so we bought both.

Nestled away in the Far East...side of the valley, the hours are great, the store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the prices are great. Picked up backpacks, shoes, and even a telescope there.

I live very close to this store and visit often. To read the reviews was shocking. I have almost never have been asked by any employee, if I needed assistance or if I was finding what I had come in to shop for. The few employees working, stand behind the desk at the check out area and hold conversations with themselves. I have mostly felt ignored. The reviews make me feel as if they are planted by employees

This is my favorite sports store because of the people. Every time I go here they are super helpful and friendly. I enjoy supporting good people and good businesses like this. Kayla was especially helpful over the phone to make sure they had something that I needed for my daughter. She put it on hold so it would be there when I arrived closer to their closing time.

Got some nice shoes here. (Also don't get sketcher shoes here they fell apart 3 months after getting them. Although it is not there fault cause sketchers went down hill.)

We appreciate there honesty and attitudes. I look forward to going back to my favorite Big 5 store! The staff is nice and greet you when you walk in. I knew what I needed and the employee helped me find it right away. I was looking for affordable football cleats and they had a good selection with a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back for baseball season!

I like that it has all you could need for sports but there was an item for sale, with the sign on top with the brand and product name, a lot of them under it then when we got to the cashier, they said that only one model was on sale. That left a bad test on my mouth.

Service is basically non existent. Asked the rep Levi a question about water shoes and he pretty muched walked away from me while answering my question. The water shoes, flip flops, and other bodyglove stuff are really cheaply made. My bodyglove water shoes barely lasted a weekend on the water. When I inquired about a return, they said something about once they touch the water, they're non returnable. Buy the cheap Walmart stuff instead and save a buck or 2.

I have bought my shoes for there for ten years. One pair every year. On June 13th I went in to buy a pair and this kid tried to tell me they don't carry my size and never had carried it in the 2 years that he worked there. I went in first thing in the morning because when work day starts it get really busy really fast. The kid was too lazy to even go look and didn't want to be proven wrong. I always get great service here but not this time.
