My boyfriend and I chose this small cafe for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. We were greeted by a friendly face and all questions were answered with knowledge and kindness. The place was clean and quaint. I had the veggie breakfast burrito which was very good. The salsa is mild but flavorful. The veggie burrito having onion, spinach, mushroom, and cheese was everything I basically would add myself to a burrito at home. I love it when a burrito has grill marks and comes out hot. My boyfriend had a bacon breakfast burrito and the chili with cheese. He has ordered delivery a few years ago from this place and it tasted exactly like he remembered. He said his chili was good: not bad, not amazing, but would get it again. The coffee and fruit smoothies are not made with milk and are dairy free (the coffee smoothies have International Delight dairy-free creamer, coffee, and ice blended) so the consistency turns into an Icee when towards the end. Overall, we had a great visit and will definitely be back. This little place is a great option for local businesses in the area to stop and have lunch like my boyfriend used to do when he worked down the street.

Hubby and I were in the area and found this little cafe. It’s in a little strip mall. Basically it’s wheelchair friendly, as long as it’s not crowded inside. It’s small inside. Friendly and helpful. Hubby ordered the pesto chicken sandwich and said it was delicious. I ordered a pastrami with pepperjack cheese on white roll. Hit the spot. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll stop in to eat.

Ordered the traditional breakfast for $9.99. Scrambled eggs, bacon, diced potatoes & toast. Thought the container was small but it was a fairly reasonable price. Opened to find this. Frozen potatoes slices (more like French fries) & what looks like cheese cubes which is actually either a heated patty of egg or liquid egg made into some tall solid structure & diced in large chunks. Not only not what anyone would describe as scrambled eggs, the whole thing was of less quality than a McDonald’s breakfast. I’m severely disappointed that this would be passed off as breakfast. Waste of money at any price.

#30 SUPER MUNCH – Turkey, ham, roast beef, salami, provolone, American, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo & Italian oil on Grilled Ciabatta. Get this one first. But without onions or mayonnaise if you're not keen on those two. Great sandwich 🥪. Good service. Nice place to eat. Super convenient location. My team & I'll be returning here in the future.

One of the places you can get a true breakfast at 7:00 in the morning. For me, a meaty hardy breakfast is a need for e beginning of a hard-working day. Munch A Lunch delivery it. The owner was so friendly and the place feel warm and welcoming. I have to agree with the award here!

Low key delicious, catchy name with a thoughtful menu. Breakfast and lunch, strong, balanced and intentional flavors. Munch A Lunch is a great reminder that there are better options than a typical . 10/10 will eat here again. The #40 was fantastic. As well as other things I would enjoy trying as will.

Very clean, nice staff, accommodating to my Togo requests. I got a turkey avocado bacon sandwich and a cup of baked potato soup. The soup was very fresh and made in store. Definitely made with love and flavor. The sandwich had fresh bread, meat, avocado and tomato. I will definitely be hitting this place up at least once a week for lunch at work. Thanks for the good lunch! Ps. I called on the way to place the order and when I got there it was ready to go with everything I needed. :)

First time in today and had a great experience! Very cute shop with a good sized menu. Daniel working the register was very nice and could tell it was my first time in. Megan was quick and efficient with my food. I will be back for sure!

They removed the potatoes from my Breakfast burrito, thank you. Careful the salsa has a kick. Sandwiches were considered good by my friends so food gets high marks. Great for a quick breakfast or quick lunch as you order at the counter then sit down and wait a short time to get your food.

Tried Munch A Lunch last week and I had a vey good experience. They have all day breakfast and they also serve lunch hence the name. I have the spicy chicken wrap. This is not normally something I would get, but I wanted try something different. The staff was welcoming and friendly and made the experience of eating there a positive one. The owner seems to know just about everyone who comes in. he didn't recognize us, so he filled us in on what they offer. Good guy.

Visiting the area on a trip to visit The Grand Canyon. My boyfriend and I ate breakfast here, and the food was amazing! Incredibly fresh & delicious. The cook was very hospitable. Will definitely be visiting again before we leave!👏🏽

This place was a good little find. They sandwich was fresh, the macaroni salad was really fresh which I love. And it filled me just right for the rest of my work day. I personally got the #32 supreme meal deal. If I’m ever working around this area definitely would stop back in to try other items. Thank you for the good service, and food.

Really good! Fresh and delicious. We had the Ruben and turkey bacon avocado and both were perfect. Met the owner also and he was very friendly. Best sandwiches in Tempe Arizona.

Loved this place! It small and quaint and the food is really good! The bacon, egg, & cheese croissant was bigger than normal places. The seasoned potato chunks were really good too. Loved the people working there too! Not sure if it was the owner but he personally came outside to tell us thank you and to come back when we’re in town again

This was my first time visiting Munch A Lunch and it was really good. The food was really good, everyone enjoyed it. We will for sure order from here again. The guy that works there is super friendly as well. Great little place!

Just left this place 20 minutes ago and damn... if they don't know their way around a breakfast burrito. Even if you don't like breakfast burritos you should go get one because you would probably learn to like them after trying one of these. I could've used a bit more cheese, but in their defense I feel everything could use more cheese.

At the price of the food this should be a sit in restaurant not a to go place, that's why it got a low atmosphere rating as well. I paid $15 for a burger, and it came with no fries or drink. Even sit down restaurants give you a drink and fries at that price. The burger was good but not worth the cost, would not recommend, there are better more affordable options nearby
