Had a great Dad and Lad outing, we went in the tandem kart and my 7 year old loved it! Staff were really friendly and the place is really well ran. Top work Gents, will definitely come back 👍🏻

Booked my daughters 10th Birthday here and it was amazing! It also included the glow in the dark golf. The kids were beyond excited and took to the karting so well that we were back 2 weeks later! Staff were great, attentive and watching out for any bumps and crashes! Highly recommend!

Booking before arrival is required here. Upon arrival staff were very friendly and approachable. Health and safety is paramount, the pre karting safety talk was concise and easy to understand. Overalls were provided and balaclava and gloves cost £3 or you could bring your own. Spacious viewing area behind perspex windows with vending machines, cafe and a few arcade games and racing simulators. Now on to the most important bit... The karts and indoor track were amazing, my kids loved it nearly as much as me. Only problem was the price £115 for 2 adults and 3 under 16 was a it steep, But definitely worth it for the adrenaline rush I am still recovering from. Highly recommended for party or corporate booking. We will definitely be going again next time we can afford it

Excellent track and karts. Staff are great. Good value midweek sessions. Absolute nightmare to find the place in the dark at night, think every member of our party got lost!

⚠️ Avoid this place, total waste of time and money ⚠️ More than likely I expect the mouthy and childish manager to try to do as he has done in 100% of other reviews and act like this is the customers fault (pitiful business practice) Glad I'm not the only person who feels this way from the other reviews over exactly the same issue, poor customer service and power trip ridden children who haven't left their comfort zone, ever! Went here for a day out with a few lads. The moment you walk into the room they tell you about rules, you are met with a very condescending and attitude-full teenager that clearly has a false sense of bravado hiding behind his manager. An example would be the excitement on his face when saying "we can turn off your go karts" as If he actually enjoys being negative towards customers...but I digress. The moment we get onto the track, I am spun out by a friend who lost control coming into our 4th lap which I get a warning for (hit from behind, literally impossible to be at fault but they refuse to check the cameras and state "I'll do it when I can be bothered" from the manager. I then get back from last place into 3rd again just to be pulled of at this point for nothing because there was no contact made by anyone near me for quite some time. When pulled off the track, I asked to see the cctv to which I was met by the arrogant teenager again with a smug smile saying "you won't be seeing that" and a pause for a reaction as this is clearly what he was aiming for to break the monotonous daily routine he must have to make him this way. At this point, rightfully annoyed I asked the manager to see the cctv which he stated I won't be seeing it and he will view it when he can be bothered. As I asked for my stuff to leave, I was met by insults which I did return. All in all, awful experience expecially considering the suit I wore wasn't able to fasten the belt, leaving me at risk of it going under my go kart and causing serious injury or worse. The seats have left giant sores on my pelvic bone as the go karts are cheaply made and falling to pieces so I wouldn't recommend if I was paid by them to do so. Don't take my word for it, go there yourself, you'll instantly feel the air of arrogance with the owner. Thank god there is plenty of better places to go than here.

Apex Kart Chester is exciting place. Every year my son have a birthday party there. It is safe and interesting place.

Fun little track that people of all skill levels can enjoy. recently booked a Gold GP here with my friends and family, we had drivers who had never been karting before and drivers who go regularly and everyone said they had an excellent time, the staff are very polite and fair to everyone and extremely helpful especially to those who aren't as confident. we also had 2 people come down with us to watch as they didn't feel like taking part and they said it way more fun watching than they expected, (apparently the far right hand side as you walk in is the best view to watch everyone come through the middle!)
