Just had a 45min Remedial massage, asked for Head, Neck, shoulders, and back, the masseuse was very good but my head was not touched. He was definitely focusing on my main areas of discomfort and picked up the knots and suggested hot rock and cupping for extra $15 which I agreed to. Generally I’m pretty happy as I was well informed and the staff were polite. Obviously a small downside was the noises from the shopping centre which was to be expected from this location but I was able to focus on the relaxing music they were playing. On the upside convenient location, not far from the loo also helpful at times!! My only disappointment was no head massage which I asked for but the masseuse made up for it with the cupping and hot stone massage.

Popped by one day in a lot of pain and the staff were very friendly and understanding that I needed an appointment straight away. I was very lucky to get Dr Joy who personally created a tailor made massage pack with cupping and acupuncture plus massage for my needs. She was so caring and diligent and spent so much time making sure I was comfortable and then backed it up with information and instructions on how I could assist my body in the healing process after my massage. She knows the body so well and was so friendly and giving of her time. If you want a massage that doesn’t break the bank and really helps, then ask for Dr Joy! Thank you so much guys. Was waste of money and time. Got back and shoulder massage. Massager doesn't have understanding of body muscles and left bruises on my neck and am still suffering from the pain. Guess the experience will depends on the massagers. Good luck.

Super easy to get a last min appointment, even on the weekend. Easy to book overall. Excellent service with the option to change massage therapists if needed. Leo always does an amazing job - a whole body relaxing massage or remedial massage. Excellent attention to detail and always asks if pressure/ heat of hot towel is okay.

Highly recommend! I saw Jae and received acupuncture treatment for a sore neck. I’ve never experienced instant pressure and pain relief and to still be pain free 5 days later feels amazing!!

Pull my neck and went in for a quick massage, straight away Amanda knew my back was tight. She got me to lay down and even though I paid for neck and shoulders she made sure she got all of my tough spots down my spine. She suggested we add on cupping while I was already there. I’ve never felt my muscle this relaxed before!!

Received the sciatica massage with additional services (cupping followed by dry needling) and I was very impressed with the service delivery. I walked in feeling overwhelmed in pain and walked out feeling so relaxed from the release of tension on my back and legs. Thank you for looking after me!😊

Not a warm welcome upon my arrival at 10:30 this past Friday. First impressions are everything and that lady needs to relax, smile, and perhaps get a massage. The massage technician did the remedial full body. It was basic. Not terrific but not bad. The noise from the shopping centre is very loud. The massage room is very small. I’ll check out other massage services before coming back to this place to a hopefully vastly improved reception attitude.

Have been visiting Massage Philosophy at Carindale for over 18mths and their service has always been 5stars! Very Polite and friendly staff who make sure your treatment is exactly the way you want it. Would highly recommend!

Amanda was amazing. Never had a remedial massage before and it was fantastic. I knew going in this wasn't going to be a regular relaxing massage. I was sore in parts that I didn't know were sore.☺️ Opt to go into the room and take deep breaths. I feel lighter, leaving my soreness and tightness in the room today. Thanks Amanda I'll be back next month for a 45 minute instead of a 30 minute.

Have visited many times for remedial massages, dry needling and cupping. Today was a wonderful remedial massage with Yamy to help release tension in my neck and left side. Definitely had her work cut out for her! Thank you! Will visit again soon.

THIS IS A TOTALLY HONEST REVIEW! I first came about this store just walking past it. I usually see other massage stores in the shopping centre but decided to check them out. At the time I had a bad injury to my side which formed a huge hematoma and severe nerve pain from a mountain bike crash 6 weeks earlier. Now tbh I didnt expect much when I arrived. I was just going to get a massage and see how it goes etc but upon seeing them I was treated not just with some massage but some incredible acupuncture, dry needling, pressure point release, cupping and blood tapping by a very knowledgeable man. I left the clinic a different person. I felt free, non acidic internally, more clear and my pain and symptoms were dramatically reduced. 1 week later I was 95% healed. I couldn’t believe it. I went back yesterday to see if it was just a one off thing at the clinic and not even kidding I was treated the same and my health again has dramatically improved. I honestly recommend anyone who’s suffering with pain or just even needs some balance put forward within there body to go see the acupuncture and Chinese medicine experts there. You won’t regret it. Your health is wealth and they will make sure you are on the right track. As I said this is an honest review. I’m not doing this because I was asked too and for discounts or anything like that etc. Great staff and people. Thanks again!!!

My go to for remedial massage. Relaxing environment and friendly staff. Private health cover pays for most of it so spoil yourself at least once a month, makes having extras cover worth it.

Very good place for massage! They have experience therapist. The therapist is very care about my condition. I had a wonderful massage time. Highly recommend for TCM massage. It’s helpful for improved my sciatica pain. I will be loyalty customer with them.

Very rude staff member at front desk. I went to have a massage there today and she was incredibly rude and unfriendly. Demanded my phone number when I wanted to pay for a massage and I said I'd rather not give that, she demanded I give it to her regardless. Ultimately I just took my card back off her and walked away. They will keep losing business if they don't work on their communication skills and basic customer service.

Kevin is an absolute legend with remedial massage.. I go to gym 5 times per week and my body require some time to recover from muscle soreness. He takes a good time to navigate around my tightness and go through pushing the knots and remove lactic acids. He’s very knowledgeable and skilful with what he do. I highly recommend you book time with him . Massage, cupping and dry needling.

The remedial 60min on neck, shoulder and head was great, the lady therapist had great pressure and massaging skills. He did consult before my massage on sore spots and he did focus on it very thoroughly. The bed was comfortable and wide enough for arm rest, the place is also clean and hygienic. The only down side is the noise from outside that I find it hard to block out and relax my mind properly.
