Absolutely loved my experienced at Chi Link today! I got a lower body acupressure massage today and acupuncture. From the moment I sat down and dipped my feet into the warm foot bath they provided I could feel my entire body relax. The acupressure massage was outstanding! . Half way through acupuncture, I felt my whole entire body surrender. All the staff were very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I will be returning again very soon! A big thank you to Chi Link for their wonderful services 😊

Service speaks for itself. Incredibly lovely staff and always provided with such an amazing service, in a very comfortable environment. My friend and I spend most of our weekends here (literally, 2-3 massages each weekend). Definitely recommend, but don’t all come at once because I still want my 2-3 weekly massages hehe

Absolutely waste of time and money, second rate massage with no compassion or empathy. Definitely wouldn’t go back and won’t be telling anyone else to either. Nor the receptionist or the therapist listened to what I asked for or paid for nor did they act professionally or even made me feel welcomed. I asked for dry needling specifically not acupuncture, even tried to clarify what I wanted still got left alone on the table for almost half of the time I paid for. Got sniggered at by the staff cause I wanted clarity of the type of service I wanted. I felt extremely uncomfortable with the whole process. I asked why I got acupuncture not dry needling and said she gave me both, clearly they didn’t listen. Unsure and felt very unwelcome the only saving grace was the fact I was sent in another masseuse who barely saved the day only then to literally be shoved out the door. Shame cause I drove a while specifically the chi link cause I’d heard good things. Clearly I was wrong, the staff there really need to work on their people skills.

Unfortunately I had a lovely older lady who smiled but I don't think understand. She didn't pick up on my sore tightness in my legs and just lightly rubbed her hands around. Spent most of the 30 minutes with super hoy towels on areas.. I feel just a call in for the over flow as it may have been busy. Usually I leave from a massage ( not here but in Tasmania) walking well and zero pain. Yesterday I left with sane pain I went in with im glad I only booked 30 minutes with them if it had been good I'd have gone again but I won't be back.

My husband and I went here for a 90 mins Remedial Massage package together. The therapist and staff are really lovely and welcoming. The rooms are relaxing with beautiful aroma and relaxing music. The massage was very professional and fixed all the right spots. My husband and I were very impressed. Well worth the cost. Can't wait to go back!

Our 3rd time here and the experience and service just gets better every time. Cannot recommend this place enough. They’ve also added a high tea styled display tray with all sorts of treats to enjoy while getting pampered. Thank you so much, very happy with everything and will definitely return again.

Did the job that's all. Not full body massage even though that's what I paid for. Whatever they did, they did good. but could have been better. It's Just not easy to find a good massage therapist these days. You win some, you loose some

Not usually the one to complain, but I was very disappointed in the massage i had at Chi Link (near Ikea). I have had a lot of remedial massages in my time and i have never had experienced one like this. I know it does come down to the therapist you have, as I had previously been here and had a good experience. Thought i would give someone else a try and i regret my decision. I gave them the decency and called them straight after my appointment to give my feedback/request some sort of compensation, and I was told i would hear from the boss, but its been a week and i still have heard nothing!

Absolutely the best massage I've ever had! Walked in with pain in my shouldervand neck, they are really attentive and listen to what you need. I came out pain free! Such lovely staff roo, so welcoming. I came back 3 days running it was that good.

Chi Link is by far the best massage place in North Lakes shopping centre. Always good service abs they care about what you need. Su is particularly wonderful at the front desk next door to Chemist Warehouse. The pick of the bunch.

The best massage place I've been to so far. The masseuse asked for my specific requirements and listened attentively at the beginning. During the massage, she checked from time to time whether the pressure was ok or not. I felt very relaxed after the 60 mins' remedial massage session. Would like to come back again.

I work in front of computer for long hours everyday so I always feel neck and back pain. I frequently visiting Chi Link at North Lake to get their help, that has made me feel much better and can have better sleep at night. I'm supper happy with their service.

Best massage I’ve ever had in Australia. Masseur was professional and I love the relaxing atmosphere. After a 1 hour session, I could comfortably raise my left arm which was slightly injured at the gym. Would definitely come back again and again.

Had a Relaxation Massage with Yun Long and all I can say is I walked away like Jelly!! Completely Amazing, I haven’t had a massage in a long time but i will definitely be booking in with him again. Highly recommend.
