What a fantastic place, cheese, ice cream & yogurt made from sheep’s milk. As we rolled into the parking area, we got a warm welcome from David, who gave us a basic overview of the farm and the sheep, as well as his love hate relationship with the Ram. Di then took over, showed us to the coffee and gave us a more in-depth over view of the operation. It is very clear Di & David have a great passion for the farm, as well as the quality of what they produce. Using organic farm methods they produce amazing products. Both Di and David were very generous with their time, we loved there informative chat about the farm & the sheep. The cheese platter for 2 and their very tasty ice cream, made from ingredients that actual have taste. We will certainly be going back.

We had an amazing time at the Awassi Chessery. We've never tried sheep milk before and have to say that the Cheeses were amazing. Also the ice cream was silky smooth and like nothing we have ever tasted. Diane and John were great hosts and very informative about their sheep and processes to create such amazing products. Be sure to ask about the Vanilla blueberry desert!! Highly recommend as a great place to visit with family and friends.

Hidden gem! What a great spot with hospitable hosts. Spent hours under the shady avocado trees listening to the Awassi sheep and enjoying delicious cheeses and ice cream. Well worth a visit.

Amassing Cheesery is a nice location far away from noise and located in a pristine valley. The cheese served is very nice, however my tummy doesn't think so this morning. All caused by one very greedy person, mwah! Anyway David showed us the farm and explained his knowledge of farm life. You really need to pay a visit with friends and/or family. In my opinion a good red wine should be packed to accompany the cheese. Enjoy!
