I had Jessie as my water and she was absolutely awesome. She talked me through the whole process, put my mind at ease about what was happening and shared the best tips and trick to after-care as well. Overall a great experience, will be returning soon.

Jessie is special in her craft she did the best lash lift and tint I've ever had to being so knowledgeable, helpful and caring with my skin needs. My facial with a neck and shoulders massage is such a mind, body and soul thing. Absolutely worth a visit, you won't regret it.

After receiving a gift card for Hawthorne Skin & Beauty, I needed some help to buy products over the phone as I live quite a distance from the business. The ladies on the phone were super helpful and professional. Shipping was fast too. Highly recommend the Dermatonica products. They're lovely and effective! Will be restocking when I run out.

If I could give 50 stars I would. I've been coming to Hawthorne Beauty Room since it first opened and have had always had the best service. Everyone who works here is very experienced, really lovely and SO knowledgeable. Not only are the in room treatments amazing but they always send you home with any at home care advice you need. I'm really not sure what I do without them and particularly their owner Charlotte.

SUPERB. I was very impressed with the lovely Practitioner who attended me, on my first time visit to this clinic. Staff sincerely listen and care about skin. I am a no fuss girl when it comes to skin care…. Meaning, I barely spend a cent on my face. However, I regularly need extractions to keep my skin healthy. I was recommended the Pro Clear skin treatment which was VERY GOOD and my exactions were undertaken with barely any pain or even visible marks. I am new to this side of town, and am so glad I found Hawthorne Skin & Beauty! Thank you Team, I will be back. 🙏

I love coming here for some TLC every month! The staff are welcoming, the facilities beautiful, and the treatments are exquisite & relaxing. There is a range of products to choose from which I also love, as I’m moving from using Dermalogica skincare to more natural based ones (which I test on different facials). And I also love their holistic approach in promoting gut health as part of having healthy skin. I usually see Emily, and she always takes great care of me, has great suggestions & gives amazing massages whilst I have a mask on during facials. I always leave feeling great. I highly recommend Hawthorne Skin & Beauty!

I booked in for waxing and had such a great experience and the booking process was easy as pie. Special shout out to Faye who made the whole process so smooth and provided exemplary customer service and was beyond friendly! Aside from the wax being a solid 12/10. I only ever trust Hawthorne Skin & Beauty for my spray tan. The color is so natural and the girls always do such an amazing job, giving even coverage. And they also keep the spray booth and floor so clean. 100% recommend. The staff are always so friendly and make you feel very comfortable also.

I had a Cryo and Enzyme Facial with Emily - and it was fabulous! These girls definitely know how to transform skin! Charlotte and her team are very knowledgable and so welcoming, the ambience and warmth when I entered the clinic doors was divine. From the moment I arrived with the soothing refreshing tea, I absolutely loved the experience particularly the Cryo component where my skin felt instantly alive. Post treatment, the benefits are showing with instant hydration, glow and plumpness! I asked Emily to also tint and shape my eyebrows and they are looking amazing!
