Visiting Tenpin was great. Reasonably priced, food portions were value for money and lots more for the kids to do than just bowling. We loved it and the staff were friendly. We can't wait to go again.

Townsville ten-pin bowling,great little centre good facilities, dodgem cars amusement area for children nice food and beverages. The kids really enjoyed playing here today, I know it doesn't look Flash as Kingpin but that place is a bit of a sensory overload, This one's very family friendly lots of enjoyment to be had at a very reasonable price.

Sharon maybe you enjoy eating /drinking flies but I do not. People do not generally get upset if they are having a good night clearly there was something wrong. You had a good night so everything that you had requested was perfect good for you. It was not perfect for us. And as far as the rest of our group being rude that is far from the truth. Disappointing experience 😕

Lane wasn't straight meaning every ball bowled veered to the left. Service was slow. Staff were friendly and did their best. If not for them review would have been lower.

Just left Tenpin with 4 adults, 3 kids. Had booked for 2 games each, we even adjusted our game time to suit the business. We were charged for 8 adults, only received 1 game for 4, 2 games for 3 kids. When staff were questioned they were rude and defensive. Wouldn’t let us pay for extra game to adjust charge/continue our games. Many ‘system errors (pins not counted/strike awarded, pins/ball not cleared)’ in first game, poor service and attitude on each required fix. Fly in beverage and advised “if you get another fly in your drink it’s your problem “! When asked for manager’s name we were refused. (Poorly played Jesse!) Poorly played other staff - absolute disgrace of a business. Well worth a few extra dollars to go to Kingpin- a 3 minute drive away! NEVER AGAIN!!! Really poor end to a great family night on the last Friday night of school holidays 🤯🤯🤯

Recently had by daughters birthday party there. They were completely unprepared for the party. No bowling balls for 9 year old, party room had no music/atmosphere, party coordinator didn't know what she was doing, and the party bags provided in the package were just a white paper bag with a chocolate bar and a lollipop. I had booked the party a number of weeks ahead of time and no planning or preparation was in place. Would have been better off just booking a couple of lanes and doing the party bags myself than going for a party package.

1st time there something to do with my little granddaughter Sharon ( behind the desk ) was most helpful and friendly and help make our bowling experience fantastic !

Kid loves this place, has a game or two, then on to the dl dodgem cars.
