We had an amazing time. Everyone had fun. The hosts were amazing. If there was one thing that could be done better was the delivery of food. We had children waiting for there meals right up to most of the platters were out. We had to ask for our pizzas. The food was beautiful though. Also I was asked for payment as they had no records of it being paid for before we even entered the premises. Over all very enjoyable and thank you for hosting our team break up.

Kids had a great time, food was an hour late and some of it uncooked. Monique our hostess was truly amazing throughout the whole time. Manager gave us vouchers as an apology but dated them nine months ago on inspection once we arrived home and are now expired.

Normally a huge kingpin fan on the School Holidays but went Tuesday - waited an extended period of time for 2 coffees (that’s fine) but were unfortunately served cold - asked for a spoon to stir in sugar, received 1 another 15 mins later and observed staff take a tablespoon off the top of the coffee machine. Ordered food (5 meals in total) chips were all cold and looked as though they weren’t fresh at all … and burgers were also unfortunately not much better. Hoping we just had a bad day .. but was disappointed given the money spent for 7 people. Normally really enjoy our drinks + meals but left disappointed.

The Team at Kingpin are so accommodating to all of our need. The Ulitmate holiday passes are such good value for money for me any my family! And don’t forget about how good the food is
