Worst process of applying g for houses I’ve ever come across. Didn’t pay attention to the notes section, continued to email me for information which I stated things about that information in the notes when applying. Then the second time applying was met with “ you don’t meet office criteria all property applications have been declined and deleted” basically, when asking about what office criteria is they sent back an email avoiding the question and said I was unsuccessful. This is exactly why it is so hard for a good family to get a good house! Awful. Because then when they’re sending those out they’re approving others while you’re trying to figure out what the situation even is. Ridiculous.

McGrath North Lakes has been nothing but great to us. Service communication has all been great easy to deal with and very understanding especially to my property manager Elizabeth Court and in accounts Vicki Willis. There was a point where i was a melting down point and they kept me positive as well as being proffessional. They both have been amazing and understanding. Elizabeth dropped off a hamper what a great surprise it was did not expect it at all especially from a real estate. My kids were so happy made our holiday extra special. Thank you again truly grateful.

I purchased our investment property in Queensland (I am Perth Based) and have had Solutions Property Management as our manager for seven years now. This has been a painless experience for us with great service all of the way. Rent is paid to us when it is paid to Solutions (weekly or fortnightly). Property reports are concise and action regarding repairs and maintenance is very efficient. On the whole we have had great tenants and where there has been a problem. Solutions have dealt with it very efficiently. I have just sold this property so have ended the relationship but I would recommend them as a property manager and would be happy to use them again.

McGrath were really good to us, They were prompt in all communication and very helpful when we moved out of the property we rented from them. Special mention to Shae Pearce, she was our property manager and I am so sad to have left her, absolutely brilliant at her job and just a lovely person to deal with. Shae was just so good with everything, including helping me sort my bond refund out, because I didn't do it correctly. Thank you Shae, you're a gem a s a real credit to McGrath.

Have been with McGrath for abit over a year now. Hands down the easiest real estate I’ve dealt with. No issues with any of the employee’s, They have all been lovely. Laura’s been excellent! Her customer service and rapid responses in detail has made being a tenant, less stressful. Our house has needed a few things from wear and tear. Laura has gone the extra mile in making sure it all gets done and keeping me in the loop. So I’m not left wondering what’s going on. I will be using McGrath’s before looking elsewhere.
