Great JB Hi Fi shop! My MIL went to buy a coffee machine that she had in mind, but we ended up buying a different, much better one thanks to the wonderful and insightful consultant. Thank you! Everyone loves the new coffee machine!!! We can’t get enough of it!!

Didn't have the product I was after. Ordered it online on jbhifi online. Made the mistake of using team global express for delivery - please don't make that mistake!!! Have been waiting a week. Took a day off work cos they don't know when it'll be delivered (between 9 and 5... Thanks) but require a signature. Can't cancel the purchase.

Don't buy anything from these clowns I took a faulty laptop I got from them back to them all they did was make excuses as to why I couldn't get a replacement or a refund it's in the hands of the office of fair trade moving forward. Staff there are useless.

Another great experience at JB Ipswich. I’m a regular visitor and have purchased a variety of items over the years doesn’t matter who I see events across several divisions. The service is always outstanding and go the extra mile to help. This is one place I don’t mind paying extra dollars to get the better service Well JB you guys should be proud

Big shop. Staff are helpful and friendly despite busier times during last-minute Christmas shopping. Many items are on sale.

Had a great staff member who was very lovely even after I purchased the item, took it home and then had to take it back cos it didn't work/connect and he saw me back again and I explained the situation to him and even he was stunned to why it wouldn't work/connect but I had no problems getting my money back, so thank you to the lovely gentleman for being understanding, would recommend JB HIFI Ipswich to anyone. Great work guys/gal's. 👌👍👍

Timings shown on Google for opening hours are incorrect, it doesn’t open until 0900hrs. On Google it states 0800hrs which is incorrect.

Staff at this store are always helpful and knowledgeable on the products they sell. They are always happy to spend time to ensure your enquiries and needs are met. Wonderful customer experience every time at this store.
