We purchased an Entranced Firm Queen Mattress, and Louie was excellent. She answered all our questions and took the time to tell us about the beds, which would suit our needs. The Delivery service was excellent too, on time, careful delivery and take away of old mattress(we paid for this, but so worth it), Darren and his offsider(sorry, but didn't see his name)were very friendly and efficient. My new bed was delivered today, Joe and Cameron, the delivery men were punctual, fast and efficient. They made sure everything was out of there way before they carried my bed in, they even moved a dressing table for me. Loved their personalities and their humour. They were well spoken, accommodating and made sure we were happy before they left. Thank you so much guys. I just can’t recommend Joe and Cameron enough. Furniture Court and Beds r us have it all, including great staff.
