We've been with McGrath Toowoomba for a few years now. The Property Management Team looked after us really well when our Property Manager left suddenly. When Ally took over, we were so impressed with her 'can do' attitude, friendly approach, great communication and positive, realistic solutions and suggestions for both our tenants and us. The team is great, but I'm pretty sure we have the best of the bunch in Ally!

I never quite thought I'd ever write a review for good service while renting but McGrath blew it out of the park! Renting through then was a breeze from the get go - a personalised showing, direct feedback on our application and very prompt response to tell us we had been approved. Over the length of our tenancy, not only were they very approachable and quick to respond, but also incredibly reasonable in terms of inspection times and maintenance requests. It was unfortunate we had to go, but even then our lovely agent Georgie tried her best to accommodate us and find us a new property within their portfolio. Our exit was smooth, and again with good communication about cleaning and the final inspection. Overall, I would definitely recommend McGrath Toowoomba if you're looking to rent. They are professional but also very much human, and represent everything good that all agents should aspire to.
