Used to be fantastic. Changed hands and now it is dreadful. Fish was overcooked and indestinguishable. The 1 star is only for the chips which were good. Such a shame. Won't be returning.

I would really like to give no stars but had to put this review. The burgers lacking taste, and Burger was COLD and SOGGY. At $8.50, that's a joke. One thing good was that the chips were good and hot. Will not be going back. Paid $41 plus an online surcharge for 4 burgers plus chips serving would not have fed four small children, little known four adults. All that they seem to care about is the time of the order. Not that the burgers were COLD and soggy because they didn't properly drain the lettuce.

usually good but not last time. Oil must have been cold and dirty as our fish crumbed fish was brown and soggy as was the potato scallops, chips were ok obviously different fryer. So disappointed for an expensive meal.

Great seafood as always. Have been going to Feast on Fish since it first opened. Always a friendly hello and smile even when they are flat out with heaps of customers! You know the seafood is good when there’s heaps of customers!

Absolutely incredible fish and chips! Love all of the fresh Australian options too. Service is always fantastic. One of the rare places that uses fresh oil to cook those perfect chips everytime and never leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Thanks guys!!

Their crumbed calamari is just love❣️ Been obsessed with it for 2 months now. It’s so gooood! Crumbed perfectly. Texture of the squid is just spot on. My Thursday comfort food 💕

More like Feast on Oil. We've been coming here for some time on Sundays and have ordered the same thing. Today we were so disappointed to say the least. The chips looked like they were cooked in old oil. Had to throw the chips away as they weren't edible. The pic doesn't do the chips any justice.

We have been ordering here for almost a decade, but in the last few months our orders has almost doubled in price and halved in size cheap as chips is no longer applicable

Went here to give it a try. The oil that was used tasted burnt or old. Or maybe it was the fact the fish and chips were over cooked to the point everything had rock hard edges. The scallops were also disappointing as they were clearly frozen ones. The lemon we got was tiny and the skin was greenish. Very disappointed as I thought they would be good going by the reviews. Paid for snapper and I swear we got Cod instead. The staff seemed more interested in a phone call then us. Far to much salt tossed all over our mels. Will be sticking with my regular.

This is our local, and the food is great. Unfortunately we’re disappointed every time the last few months though. I order Caesar salad with my meal, and every time we go in to pick up, we’re told they don’t have Caesar salad. Even at 6:30pm??

This place is amazing. Lovely food, amazing service and glen annd joan and his staff gave the best customer service too. Would recommend

This is supposedly $10 worth of chips and 5 scallops! This is barely a small chips. Getting more and more dissapointing.

My favourite classic fish and chip shop with top quality, fresh fish and crunchy chips. Excellent Caesar Salad and Greek desserts that keep bringing me back too.

This is the best fish shop south of Cape York. Recently there was a change of owners and we were worried the quality of the food might drop. But the new owners have followed the recipe from the previous owners and it is still fabulous food. We don't usually buy chips but did last time. While they were very good they had that weird yellow colouring. Will be glad when the chip supply is back to normal. We drive for half an hour to get here passing by about 20 fish shops.

Love, Love, Love this place. Great range of fresh seafood and not over-priced. Where can you get a great fish burger for $8, but here? Great salads too. Very generous servings. AND they sell live mussels. About to go and pick up my order now :-)

Food is delicious, but the standout is the customer service. Whenever I ring or go in to pick it up the staff are always friendly and really helpful. I never know what kind of fish to order or how many chips we need and they are so patient and take the time to explain the different serving sizes and prices. Makes all the difference :)

Always fresh, consistently delicious seafood. They have a friendly family-run vibe with good service. Definitely my go-to for fish and chips the old fashioned way. The octopus, moreton bay bugs and homemade salads are delicious and not available at most places.

Absolutely “Rolls Royce” Fish and Chips. Best I’ve had for a long time. Colleague and I had al fresco lunch at the shop there today. Quality and Service Top Notch. Although I do not live in the district, I will definitely be coming back !!

Possibly the worst fish and chips I’ve ever gotten. Tasted as if the oil hadn’t been changed ever.

Never fail to impress me with the amount of work and quality coming out of this shop. Went in last Friday to see quite the line, I was greeted by a happy girl ready to take my order. Within no time I received my meal and it was warm and tasty. Definitely to recommend to all that are craving seafood or even salad.
