DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL !!!! This hotel ruined my 21st birthday, which was a special occasion in my life. 1. The lifts (BOTH) were broken on and off for the whole 48 hour stay I was staying in the penthouse. This means it took 27 flights of stairs to reach which was an absolute horror. 2.The staff and management were rude to my partner, as she waited for me to pay the $1,000 bond that was not discussed prior to arrival, they refused to let her park her car until i arrived 10 minutes later (both of us felt bullied by the male staff member on both these events). 3. my partner STOOD ON GLASS IN THE SHOWER! I have photo evidence of all of these statements which i still have available on my device. 4. Upon lifting the shower mat, there was extreme mould under it. 5. Wiring was coming out of the walls, very unsafe. 6. Upon emailing the manager, she was quite rude. offering me a free night stay voucher (I took this as an admission of fault by the hotel). However, upon attempting to use the voucher the manager (who represented herself as the owner of the Quest River Park Hotel) said I cannot stay on this night 'due to higher demand of rooms', But the room is available on booking.com. 7. The general manager/'owner' refused to give me the higher management contact so we could consult this further. Furthermore her tone was very aggressive and unprofessional, talking over me to stop me from asking for details. Overall, I would seriously suggest that you stay away from this Quest River Park Central hotel. Overpriced, poorly staffed and sketchy business behaviour. Will be staying very clear of this company at all costs. In my opinion is there much better hotels in Brisbane for much cheaper pricing.

DO NOT STAY HERE ! Room wasn’t cleaned very well. Floor was sticky and found drug paraphernalia in the couch.. charged me $300 for a broken bed frame which we did not do and when I called up about it to try talk about it the staff was very rude and kept cutting me off. Will never return ! So much nicer rooms and staff for same price. Do yourself and favour and keep looking

Lack of communication and professionalism by staff. The room was not clean or up to standard for the price. Having stayed at the Quest in Woolloongabba and having a fantastic experience there I had high hopes. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant stay and as I have a disability and was there for respite I felt the way that I was spoken to when initially checking in was uncalled for and that the issues with deposits should have been made aware prior (especially as there was a phone call made prior to check ing with myself amd my support coordinator and who I can only assume was the manager). The amenities where not working properly in some areas. The dryer constantly turned itself off, the lights in the bedroom wouldn't dim and the lifts broke down. The cleaning service was very average as well. Only one clean in a two week period and they didn't even do the dishes. Suffice to say I will not be staying again which is unfortunate as the location is ideal and I won't recommend others with disabilities either as the staff (the young lady on the weekend was the exception to this) do not seem to have any empathy or understanding to people with disabilities.

I stayed here on the weekend and booked through booking.com. I got charged for the room and $200 bond which I paid $500 on check in. This was fine. In the room, there was no aircon and most of the lights weren’t working which was okay because we only needed the room to get ready and come back to sleep. But when I had checked out, I realised that they had made another transaction of $300 out of my account and when I called them to discuss why, they talked about preauthorisations which I am clearly aware of but why the second transaction?!!! I was told that it wasn’t there fault and had to call the bank to sort it out only to be told by the bank, that it was still pending on their side ( 2x transactions of $800). I called the hotel back and they said more excuses, that I checked in late (6:45pm) so the first preauthorisation didn’t go through and that they had to charge me again. And the second excuse was that they were going to release $198 back because $500 (what I first paid) minus $304 (cost of the room). But what about the other $300 that got taken out of my account??!!!! The more I had to call back about questions and answers about this, the more rude and inconsiderate they got! And reading these reviews about being charged $500??!!! Why the different amounts for bonds/pre authorisations?!!! Abit pricey I must say!!! My cousin had also booked two rooms under her name on the same night, and at check in was only given 2 keys (she wasn’t aware at the time that they were supposed to get 2 room keys per room) and only to find out when checking out that she wouldn’t be getting her bond back ($200 x 2) because they only gave back 2 keys. We’re going through hard times with COVID, and the one time where all we wanted to do was have a good night out with our families but it was ruined because we got ripped offf!!!! Never again and WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

We came from Melbourne and stayed in Room 704 for 2 nights to catch up with family for the weekend. I have stayed many times with Quest in Melbourne and other spots over the years so was very disappointed to see that the standard in your specific serviced apartments was poor. Our room was very dark, we didn’t get any sun at all over the 48 hr period, not due to the weather which was pretty spectacular, but because the apartment was positioned to the side and under the building somehow. We had to go outside the building to see the river, and the pool and surrounds, which look amazing in your advertising, we’re on Level 5, basically consisting of a lap pool and little else. There were 3 adults in the room, there were no exhaust fans working in the bathrooms, we were given ONE small soap for 2 nights in each room and precious little extras - for $800 for 2 nights. The room was tired, the whole place needs an update, understand you have had floods and bad weather, just very disappointing when we were so looking forward to our stay.

Rooms are very comfortable and great for a longer stay. Nice location, parking is extra, $25 a day, an additional $200 security deposit is also required at check-in. Good amenities, heated pool, small but decent gym and a Cinema room upon request. Enjoyable stay, would definitely stay again.

My first visit to Quest River Park and most likely my last. First parking to check is difficult, there is loading zone parking in front of the hotel (if you're lucky), otherwise you need to park on the left hand side of the car park entrance. You're essentially stopping in a space that is clearly marked that you'll be towed away. the two bedroom apartment we had was definitely not the best I've been in. The apartment felt very dated. The heating and cooling system was located behind double doors and was very noisy, it's just lucky its located in the common area. The toilet and bathrooms were adequate. I'm sorry to say that the very friendly staff didn't make up for the very average accommodation. I'm not sure I'll be staying here again.

Book another hotel - don't stay here. BUT if you absolutely have to, make sure you take photos of EVERYTHING to protect yourself. The apartment was filthy when we checked in. The floor was grubby and immediately left our feet blackened from dirt. The kitchen had not been cleaned well at all, and it looked like the oven had not been cleaned ever. We rang reception. The first time we were hung up on and the second time rang out with no answer. I took photos of the kitchen, however did not take photos of the floors or carpet and unfortunately got stung with a carpet cleaning bill. Atrocious customer service.

Very poor experience. Stayed one night with two 3 bedrooms rooms. Aircon didn’t work in one room. Was a hot day and room was sitting at 30 degrees. Told someone would come fix, front desk came and said they fixed it. Still didn’t work. Had 6 people staying and trying to get ready for dinner in a hot room. Then told was too late to get anyone in to look at the aircon and told fans would be brought up to room. They weren’t brought up until we rang again at 10:30pm and one fan was brought up for 3 rooms! We complained again when checking out and was refunded $50 for our trouble, which we agreed to but I had to keep ringing and ringing about wasn’t refunded for another 2 weeks and wouldn’t of been if I didn’t keep ringing. Will not be staying again.

Was a lovely hotel and staff but I’m still waiting on my deposit up to a month later. I’ve been in contact with to them and they still wanted answer if it has been processed. I legged this place I’m the same condition I entered it .

The car was covered by water in flooding because they forgot to trigger the gate to stop the water. They reject any fault and responsibility. They dont allow the resident to live the building (without ele and water) who need to live a hotel by their own cost.

Great location and value for a mid week business stay. Apartments are welcoming, spacious and clean. The Manager was so accommodating for our various requests out of the normal - it was much appreciated. We will definitely be back !

My family of four stayed here for a month when we first moved here from Victoria. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and kind to our children. It’s a quick walk to the botanical gardens and the queen street mall. Great location! Great staff! Great experience!

If i could rate it 0.01 stars, i would. The staff do not communicate between each other, they're suuuuuuuuuuuuper mean and rude. The indian lady is really sus. The floors are dirty and when you ask for something they take decades to reply - or maybe never. Been to better places for my money and I would not recommend.

Long black hair on the shower floor, multiple black hairs on my pillow, started itching when lying in bed, very dirty place and old, could smell dust in the bedrooms. 30 minutes after checking into our room some guy randomly unlocks the apartment door and walks in with a glass in his hand saying he had to put it back in the kitchen cupboard. Stay away.

Getting here late, and transitioning with defence, the parking to check in is so dangerous, especially when you have two vehicles. The ac is bloody loud and Hard to adjust to right temperature. The after hours team where terrible. There is no black out curtains in the main living area. Making it very bright at night. And being we are here for 3 weeks getting to and from work will be hell Being here one night already and have 3 weeks to go.
