Actively harmful to the community and a shameful excuse of a medical “professional”. You’ll feel worse leaving the practise than when you entered. Truly cruel.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR MENTAL HEALTH!!!! Best idea is to find a “Western” doctor who understands that mental illness can be hereditary and definitely not a choice, otherwise you will be told to stay on the same medication and be asked “why don’t you pray?” “You’re body is a temple and God doesn’t like when we destroy our temple” which left me thinking, aren’t you Hindu mate?? What has religion got to do with science and medicine? An absolute joke of man. By the way, went to a PROPER doctor and psychiatrist and I actually have Bipolar, can’t really pray the sad away on that one mate, and you wanted me to stay on the wrong medication for the rest of my life and I would of ended up another suicide statistic. Btw: check the 5 star reviews, all seem to be Indians, not a problem, until you realise the doctor is also Indian so he is obviously taking care of his own but not the rest of this multicultural country.

Dr Mohsin is a doctor that focuses on the reality of the situation. Most doctors on the west side and Ipswich only care about giving you a medical certificate. It's refreshing to see a doctor that actually cares and wants to fix the issue. A no-bull kinda guy. Top job Redbank medical! Edit: I have had to pull my five star to a two star rating all due to one particular person on the front desk. I booked on HotDoc and had yet to get the confirmation. Knowing that in a healthcare background (if they truly cared), they would say it wouldn't be a problem and I could be seen next. That, unfortunately didn't happen. It was met with hostility and talking down toward me and going on about the system that they know is broken. Nobody deserves to have a low-grade unrealistic response when their health is at risk. I am still in great pain and still seeking assistance to the dismay of them palming me off. You earned these stars.

Dr Mohsin Tariq is one of the most understanding & compassionate doctors I've ever been too. Would recommend him a million & one times over to anyone who is wanting to find a Dr that not only just listens to his patients but makes a difference in their lives.

As a 72 year old man I have seen many health and medical professionals. The team at Redbank Medical Centre are the best I have ever encountered. Both the highly beneficial complimentary relationship between doctor and RN and their individual knowledge and professionalism have a sole purpose - the health outcomes of their patients. The practice is basically no longer a bulk billing practice. So do not think if you get an appointment it will not cost you

I found Dr Mohsin Ali Tariq to be very condescending. He failed to provide any course of action to investigate the issue. He admitted he didn't know anything about my medication but proceeded to blame that for my grief. It was lazy and a poor excuse for health care. Big waste of time!

Easy to book Didnt have to wait long for appt as in doc was not running late. Doc was good at listening and picking out whats impt to act on Walking distance to public transport Bulk billed (rarity these days) What more can one ask for :)

I was mauled by a cat and was able to get a quick appointment with a lovely doctor. The nurse is also lovely! Very caring professional doctors at this surgery. I would 💯 recommend if your looking for a reliable consistent doctor 👩‍⚕️

Doctor isn’t helpful, explained my case, and the reasoning, was unable to provide a simple medical certificate or light duties, I have been to other doctors and they have issued me a certificate for lesser Injuries. Also they’re website says they’re a bulk billing but they’re actually a mixed bill billing. I’ll happily be never going to this doctor again ...

Absolutely horrible! I'm definitely finding a different doctor. Has a phone appointment that didn't happen because of their phones were done, which was far enough, then it got rescheduled, 8am in the morning because I have work at 830, then they try at 8:40, then tried to blame me that they did call earlier, but I have proof they didn't.. then the doctor finally called me and told me the results and that's it, nothing about what our plan is for the future, what happened to trying to find out what the problem is, like she said she would. Not even a 2 min phone call.

The management of the appointment-booking and confirmation system seems to be very well organised because it is easy to book an appointment as well as confirm or cancel it in a timely manner, creating an opportunity for patients to see the GP. Facilities are a representation of their love and care for what they do. Health and wellbeing information is displayed in a very creative way that makes it easy to understand and unforgettable. Billing-wise, it is one of the few medical centers that remains bulk-billed during the weekdays. Eligibility and availability for health assessments can be confirmed with reception, since they are promoting the appointments for patients over 40 at risk of diabetes type 2 and other chronic health conditions. I can't do much more advertising, since my visit was short and I work for the competitors; however, it's definitely worth giving it a try to confirm the expectations I've just set. :-)

Best doctors in the area way less waiting than Goodna or the plaza and don't try to rush you straight out the door like most others.

Had a wonderful experience at this clinic. I was able to secure same day appointment and did not have to wait much. Dr Tariq was very pleasant to talk to and he was able to identify the issue from my symptoms very quickly. Above all, the clinic is BULK BILLED.
