Long story short, please be extremely mindful when joining Fitness Cartel Aspley. Read all terms and conditions of the contract (also ask for a copy of the contract for yourself) before signing up as the staff won’t state it to you when you join. I had an issue with my gym key entering the gym at night; instead of helping me with the issue I was passed from one person to another and every time I called, the customer service manager was in a meeting and would never call me back as promised. After almost two weeks, I went in to solve the issue. Overall, poor customer experience and won’t be recommending this gym to anyone. Have since rejoined a gym where I’m acknowledged every time I enter and they have a genuine care for their customers.

Good gym and good facilities. However, they’re the only gym on earth who doesn’t give a free trial for prospective members but instead expects them to pay $20 for a once off visit. Not the best first interaction with customer service, won’t be recommending anyone else to come here. Don’t know how they expect to get more members, unless of course fake social media endorsements are more important than word of mouth?

Beautiful gym, such positivity and it has a great layout. The gym gives off big motivation vibes. The staff are lovely, Tahlia was the lovely girl who got me to sign up, she convinced me well. Great gym, would recommend! Great prices and discounts too

Came in as a casual visit! This gym has a great health and fitness vibe! Really friendly, helpful reception staff. Made me feel welcome (could have stayed chatting all day). Excellent gym equipment!! Great selection of different equipment and plenty of it. Clean, spacious and accessible. I was happy with the lay out but that’s personal between individuals, suited me perfectly. PTs friendly and not aggressive sales agents. They clear work on building relationships. Low level lighting created a great ambiance/ atmosphere. Don’t feel intimidated and could train comfortably without feeling exposed. Overall great experience!! 11 out of 10.

In the years I have been going to different gyms - Fitness Cartel is by far the best gym. You can find everything under 1 roof. From when I made my first enquiry online, Sarah contacted me within minutes - after the first meet and greet I signed up on the same day. You can definitely feel the positive vibe from the moment you step in the door. Never in my life I did any classes until now. Euan, Mel and Sally are so encouraging and supportive and makes you feel included. When is comes to supplements and recommendations - Alex has been incredible. Literally will sit and take the time to run through different supplements and recommend nothing but the best. Best GYM EVER !!!

Trainers are amazing. Such a good gym! All of the equipment is really new and kept in good condition. I’m moving in October and will miss everyone so much!!

If you're looking for gym where you feel safe and comfortable, Fitness Cartel Aspley is your gym. This gym has so many different people, and everyone I've come across so far have been super supportive. All the PTs are really approachable and easy to talk to! I've joined a few gyms in my time but Fitness Cartel has been the first one that feels like home.

Love this gym! Great atmosphere from the staff at the front greeting you with big smiles. All the staff are always ready to help you with anything you need. Especially loving the variety of the equipment, I’ve never seen so many different machines. I also love that everything is so well maintained and always in working condition! Great space, great staff, great gym!

Marcus called me today about signing up again. While I’m signed up at another gym, he’s convinced to come back to Fitness Cartel after my holiday in a few weeks. He reminded me why I love FC so much; the staff are super friendly and quite frankly, I do miss the community that most gyms just don’t have. Marcus did a great job of listening to my needs and working in with me on how to make it work. Super happy!!

One of the best gyms I've been to, amazing vibe and no toxic gym culture. The staff are so kind and helpful, the membership consultants are lovely and explained everything so well. The equipment is great and they have such a large variety of things. Couldn't recommend a better gym!

Absolute nightmare to suspend membership. No acknowledgment of emails and there’s no valid reasons to cancel your membership… YOU HAVE TO PAY THE 15 months- still being charged full fees without hold. Pretty disgraceful lock in contract for 15 months! Join in fee $100 + $14.95 per week x 60 weeks = 1000! Things change (trust me on that), want it or not… they do not care. Also; - Admin staff complete unprepared / untrained -Extremely LAUD music, not pleasant - couldn’t heard my own music - Sauna is mostly busy or wet with some else sweats. Way too many people for the weights & machines available. Not recommended. There are lots of good GYMs around.

Was recommended to go to this gym by a friend and was nervous because I am not young or fit. From the moment I went into the gym I was made to feel welcome and the nerves just left me. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable, patient and definately next level!!! Have been to other gyms and this is absolutely my go to place. I would highly recommend to anyone even thinking of joining a gym - all ages and fitness levels. Just love this place!!!

Fitness cartel is a great place to workout. Flynn who works at the front desk always has time to make members feel welcome and motivated to be at the gym. Need more employees like him.

Fitness Cartel Aspley has changed my life. Its a space that is inclusive and inspiring. I love coming to the gym and calling it my second home. The staff are all very helpful and are always smiling. Since joining Fitness Cartel I have experienced a positive experience every time I walk through the door. All the equipment is new and well looked after, there is an abundance of things too use, the customer service is top tier. Since signing up I have recommended the club to all of my friends. Would not answer questions, did not respond to emails, twitter of face book, yet were able to spam me everyday. Great gym for shallow mirror people. When i asked to discus my account I was told i HAD to have a meeting with a sales rep.

Full on informative discussion about the gym + product knowledge, when walking into the gym I was approached by 2 lovely ladies in reception, the gym itself it way above anything I have seen down to the fine details of machines, cardio equipment & group fitness classes! I went in for a session with a friend and felt amazing walking into fitness cartel at Aspley. The girls at reception were so kind and helpful. Dan was really awesome with sign up and made everything clear, he made me feel really comfortable.

Been a member of Fitness Cartel - Health Club (Aspley) now for the last 12 months along with my two teenage kids and my six-year-old son who goes to kids club and we absolutely love it as a family. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the personal trainers are very knowledgeable and awesome. The facilities / gym are clean, well maintained and state of the art equipment. There are tons of group classes covering all the disciplines you would want. All this makes the gym experience at Fitness Cartel - Health Club (Aspley) first class.

Had an incident in the gym and reported it to staff to review. They offered to take it further with the person but I declined as would not feel comfortable coming back so I had no option but to leave which I was charged the cancellation fee. Was advised the manager would also review and call to see if the fee could be waivered but as expected, heard nothing.

I have going to Fitness Cartel for a few months now and can confidently say I’ve made the right choice. First impressions of the gym came down to equipment and facility’s which there is an abundance of for both training of all sorts and recovery. As I continued to train here I got time to meet the staff as well as the community who also attends here and have recommended this gym to many of my friends and family due to the friendly, approachable and helpful nature of everyone. Whether you’re a bigger or have been training for a while, you can quickly find a place to call home here.

I have been going to the gym for over 10 years and I can hands down say this is one of the top 3 gyms I’ve been to. Starting from the great service in the reception to the great state of the equipment not to mention the large variety of machines they have. The vibe inside the gym is great. 100% would recommend joining for anyone looking for a good gym with good equipment.

The atmosphere & energy you get when you workout here is just insane. Loads of weights, machines and space and when you arrive you just don't wanna leave. The sauna is my favourite part! The trainers could be more welcoming though. 4.9 from me

Great gym with super nice facilities! Has a brilliant range of brand new equipment and fantastic classes (the function training classes are a personal fav). Staff are amazing and always super helpful with anything. Special shout-out to Sarah who always goes above and beyond for her clients! Couldn’t have asked for a better gym. ☺️

I only just signed up yesterday so I have yet to try out the classes and equipment. But I had a nice little tour by CC who took me through what is included. What I love is the crèche which is so easy to book and the fitness classes have great schedules. 5-star for service and accomodating staff

Definitely one of the cleanest gyms I have been too, max the one who signed me up made me feel really comfortable showing me around the gym as I was a little nervous about going to the gym. But overall it was a great experience.

Not sure if any employees are actually competent at there job?? Took 3 months to cancel a membership all while they continued to take money. Constantly being told a manager will call you to cancel. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have been a member of many gyms and Fitness Cartel is definitely a favourite. Being a new gym they have modern equipment which is regularly and well maintained. They have quite a large range of equipment and even in peak times there is enough equipment to use It can heat up on warm days and they disallowed any form of chalk which is lame but it's something I can love with. If you miss a payment they will be quick to block your card and chase you for money as well as charging a large late fee. Overall Fitness Cartel is a positive experience and I have already recommended it to a handful of friends.

Very cool gym love going here however as this gym is gaining popularity so is it’s members. Surely there has to be a cap to how many people can enter.. it’s getting packed twice now I couldn’t find a car park twice this week. so only way I can get parking or do my workouts is to go late.. 8-9 pm or later.. it’s getting to small for the amounts of people that are going now..
