I was in surfers for my first holiday there and decided to get 3 piercings, I had this absolutely amazing guy pierce me, and it was such a lovely experience. For getting both my nipples and belly done he worked with me through the whole experience making it so calming and easy. I can not remember his name but he did have quiet a lot of piercings himself and long hair ? Anyway what an incredible employee you have, definitely recommend 100%

Definitely 5 star service!! Sam & Chelsey were both amazing! They were awesome at making my beautiful neice feel very comfortable getting her ears pierced for the first time. They explained the step-by-step process, They were very gentle, afterwards they were very encouraging towards my niece. She even got a certificate and a lollipop! Bonus!! She was very happy 😃 They were mindful not to rush out, giving us the time of day to have a nice conversation. It is clear they love their job and were very complimentary of their boss. The love shows within this place the way they look after customers. Definitely recommend their 5 star services! See you next time we’re in the Gold Coast! 😊

Kristy-Lee did my septum, she was really kind and gentle and did an amazing job! Sam at the front has an amazing bubbly personality and was able to have a nice chat to and made me feel comfortable. 100/100 would definitely recommend to everyone!

Sam was amazing🤩, he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I had one nip done and loved it so much I went back the next day, I was super excited to see him there the next day also as I had been nervous the previous day and to see someone familiar made me relax even more. The staff were all lovely and very professional including Brutus who may I say did his job spectacularly, he needs a pay rise Thanks guys and I will be back for any future piercings ❤️

Sam was absolutely fabulous! I had a third piercing on my ear lobes and a helix piercing and Sam made me feel so calm and relaxed (especially since I don’t like needles!). He was super helpful and friendly and I felt so comfortable getting my piercings done here. I would definitely return here and recommend. Thank you so much Sam!

Only $40 for a piercing including the jewellery which is amazing, my piercer was super friendly and made me super comfortable. The place was also very sanitary and private. Great experience 100/10 recommend!! My piercer was Tayla she was super kind. (Also if you see any reviews about infections that is entirely the customers fault they should look after their piercing, so don’t let that put you off)

Me and 4 friends got piercings done today, 2 Tragus’, 2 forwards helix’s and second lobes. We are all super happy with our experience, Sam is a great piercer and John is a great receptionist. Definitely recommend going here

I visited Unicorn on a whim as my usual piercers was closed. I got a daith piercing and although I love it and it is my favourite piercing it was the worst experience I have had. The piercing just wasn't a clean pierce, the piercer was pushing me down trying to get it through which I understood may had been due to my anatomy but I was in no way prepared for this. Also even though I followed the after care perfectly I had excruciating pain for the next month after this piercing to the point I couldn’t leave my bed or even touch my ear. I had to get help with cleaning it because it was just so painful. I have never had this kind of pain with any piercing I have received before, and I know this piercing is known for the pain it can cause but I do feel like the way it was pierced with such force and aggression had something to do with the pain. I understand as well that I asked for this piercing but surely the piercer would have been able to identify before hand if my anatomy wasn’t right and would have been able to warn me of this before going through with the piercing?

Just had my septum pierced by Sam, who discussed options and gave advice that let me make a confident decision. Made me feel so relaxed and comfortable too, you won’t regret going here for piercing!! Clean studio, lovely staff.

I would 100000% agree with all the positive reviews here! Had my 3 piercings done here, it’s been over 10years since I’ve done my first ones + I’m not local here in Australia, so I was so nervous you can never tell. But the staff called Sam was so friendly & amazing, as well as professional. And 3 piercings are surprisingly done for only just 15-20min! Moreover it’s the cheapest I’ve ever heard especially on Mondays. I would absolutely come back here if I want to get another piercings. 1000% recommend!!! Great place for affordable and hygienic piercings. The staff were friendly and Sam was absolutely amazing! Please make sure you eat before the appointment as I didn’t and felt sick straight after but Sam took good care of me which was lovely!

Sam was flipping awesome! So knowledgeable about what jewellery would suit, couldn't do enough for you, great humour. Fabulous queen that made you feel comfortable getting stabbed with a needle. Would drive the 1.5hrs again for another piercing!

My son came in to get his eyebrow and nose pierced. Not only did Sam do a perfectly professional job, he was also personable and extremely knowledgeable. I had a piercing done the day before at another shop down the road. They did a terrible job of it. Sam measured me up and fixed my piercing without a blink. Omg! Such an amazing experience. My piercer Sam was such a fun, kindhearted, bubbly person who made all my friends and I feel extremely safe and comfortable during our piercings and gave us cute little unicorns to hug for support. I’m originally from Melbourne, and went to Surfers Paradise for a mini vacay. Decided to get both my anti tragus’s pierced, came to this place and they were amazing. I got two piercings during my stay in the Gold Coast. Workers were friendly, booking was straight forward and I've had no issues post-piercing. Chelsey especially made the experience entirely stress-free, so I definitely reccomend if you're in the area.

I came in with my daughter and her best friend for matching ear piercings and had the most amazing experience with Chelsea. She was kind, attentive and helpful. She helped the girls choose their earrings and talked to them to ease their worries the entire way through! Fabulous experience and will definitely be back.
