I have had a few procedures here and there with Mackay Radiology and from entering the door to leaving, the Service was exceptionally great. Always greeted happily and professionally from the reception staff to the other staff behind the doors. The team has a great personality and treats everyone with respect and helps with any questions I have. I don’t wish to go back but if I have to I know I will be treated as if I were one of their family members. Thank you Mackay Radiology. Julie

The staff at Mackay Radiology are exceptional. The assistance and care I experienced was amazing. So professional and caring. They made me feel so supported while undergoing such a scary process and procedure. I can't thank them enough.

They dont understand that some cases are urgent and some not. The docter had even written "urgent" on the referal form. I had to wait in extreme pain for 2 hours before they could help me. This is unacceptable. If I wasnt in pain then I would have no issue waiting. But to be made to wait in pain for over 2 hours is ridiculous.

Just spoke with Steph 10 minutes before closing for the week. What a lovely lady, she was so very kind and courteous. Nothing was a problem. Steph is an asset to the practice. Thank you again Steph.

My experience yesterday was free of any anxiety or pressure, and I genuinely thank the lovely staff who attended to me. I had to have several different procedures done, and they were efficient, caring and so pleasant that I thoroughly enjoyed the lot. I thank them very much. Mrs Lloyd. Mackay

The two staff were so efficient. When I walked in the door there were at least 10 people ahead of me. I only had to wait 20 minutes. Painless experience. The nurse, Tom, was funny too.

All the staff, went above and beyond. The care & compassion they showed myself & my wife, was exceptional. Every step of the procedure was explained in normal terms, which was easy to understand. Took a lot of worry out of the equation.

I found the staff excellent and the most efficient I have seen operate in many years. Patients were seen promptly and staff very helpful and courteous, commendable, keep up the good work, regards Mike.

Friendly and helpful staff. Short waiting time. Radiologist was very friendly and explained everything clearly.
